I had a very bad experience with Valley…
I had a very bad experience with Valley Lending. After I applied and reviewed the loan terms, I found the interest rate was over 58%, which I considered extremely aggressive. Because of that, I decided not to continue with the loan.
Even though we did not return the signed documents, they deposited $1,100 into my account. When we tried to return the money, they had already charged us an additional $300. They also did not give us an option to return the funds to a specific account or to have it withdrawn from our checking account.
This happened in August. While we were trying to get them to remove the extra charges for a transfer that we did not request, they began debiting money from my paycheck without sending any prior notice. When we attempted to contact them about this, their customer service provided no help and blamed different things. They also repeatedly said the reference number we provided didn’t match their records.
The customer service was terrible, and I have not received the assistance I needed. Because of this situation, I have been forced to hire an attorney.

One of the very best companies I have…
One of the very best companies I have ever done business with! I am a Manager at a Hotel and unfortuantely with Co-vid 19 shutdowns, closures and quarantines in California and Los Angeles, my situation was affected. Golden Valley Lending has gone out of their way to be so very helpful and understanding. Every single customer service representative is highly professional. All I know is that when the "crisis" is over, I want to continue to be a Golden Valley Lending customer. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Excellent company!

I've taken loans multiple times from this company and always paid back per my schedule or ahead of time. Seems my rate would go down as an established customer but it is still very high. I gave them a bad rating because of this and now they won't approve a loan of ANY amount for me.
