I tend to rely on Golden Vape because…

I tend to rely on Golden Vape because they are quick to respond, delivery is speedy, plus I've just saved £38 on my latest order because of discounts. They are also one of the few suppliers who can provide the Vuse pods I prefer, not the sickly sweet one which I hate.

Poor delivery time

Excellent product but poor delivery time, when i first used golden vape postage was free they now charge for next day tracked delivery but it never is order goes all around the country and turns up three days later despite getting a delivery time for next day.

Terrible company - waste of time

Terrible company, pretty much everything is “sold out” then when you do order something you get no communication for a week then after I follow up they tell me they are sold out of the items I ordered too. Re-ordered from a different vendor after requesting refund they then “found” one of the items I ordered, sent it without telling me then only refunded for the other items even though I told them I found an alternative. Avoid at all costs…

Zero stars

Zero stars. Ordered for the first time on 06.11.2025. Ordered arrived by 10.11.2025. Great start.
Order was incorrect and I emailed on the same day with the complaint and evidence. No response. Emailed again and used the "Contact Us" page on their elfliqsalt.co.uk website and still no response.
Absolute sham of a company and will not be using again.
