Excellent service

Placed an order, received a confirmation email fairly quickly as expected, then received an email asking to send my ID with certain fields blocked out, just wanted my name and date of birth visible, which I’m happy to provide but not to a shared inbox. I asked for a link to be sent to carry out ID verification or whatever they need, they cannot send this due to ‘technical glitches’, so I requested for my ordered to be cancelled and money refunded as I am not comfortable sending my ID to a shared inbox. Not surprised to be ignored since then, so I’ve had to contact my bank to obtain my refund which has already come back and still no response from this shambles company. Note to self, don’t go bargain hunting as you just find crap companies like these.

Paid for premium delivery 4 days ago. Emailed to ask where my order was, they replied saying they would contact their delivery centre and get back to me. I’m still waiting on my order and with no explanation as to why I haven’t received it.

I still haven't received my parcel it says 2 days on website but its now been almost a week and still nothing won't b using again unreliable service

Twice on the same order I was emailed saying they didn't have 2 flavours in stock. I replied to both asking to cancel the order but they still sent it but with different flavours.

I definitely couldn't recommend this company, or any of the other names the company sells and advertises by. I purchased from their EBay store. Item didn't arrive, after complaining they sent an excuse and refunded. Ordered from what I thought was a different company with a different name and exactly the same thing happened, same excuse word for word. Checked the different company details, all the same address and phone numbers. So,if you want a company that actually sells what it advertises, don't order from here, or Victory Vape, or Victory Juice, or Golden Victory, or Vape_Warehouseuk, or Round Vapes, because they are all the same company and they don't even know what they have in stock!

I don't know what's going on with them lately, but my last 3 orders I've had SIX issues with!!!
Twice, selling 'out of stock items', sent wrong item, issuing incorrect refunds, and my last order, which was placed 10 DAYS ago, has STILL not been posted.
Reading other recent negative reviews it seems this has become a trend, and as a result, I will NEVER use this company again... It has gone to the dogs!!!
