Fantastic Service... Great Conversation Too!
We saw an ad in a local Weston publication for GoldFellow and had been meaning to take the old gold jewelry and some other items to see what they were worth for some time. We wernt to their office in Weston exoecting to have to leave everything there and be contacted at best, a few days later with an offer for our items. Mary was simply wonderful! She told us we could wait right there while she categorized, weighed and evaluated our gold and silver items. They even took a couple of small single-cut diamonds as well! We had no idea that they had been in business there for around 30 years! The whole team there was very friendly and knowledgeable. We left with a nice check in-hand right then and there... and for more than we expected before going. We'll be going back for sure if we have items to sell in the future and cannot recommend GoldFellow any more highly. Fantastic service... friendly... GREAT conversation and a nice check on the spot. Hard to beat.

We are horrified by your review! Your chain was tested and marked 10kt. Your other chains were sterling silver and the stones were cubic zirconia not diamond. After our initial conversation we prepared your items to be returned to you via FedEx. You later called and requested that we pay you the original amount that we quoted. I did everything to make sure you still wanted to go forward with your settlement of $71.32 when you believed your items were valued at $1000. We are also disappointed and very sorry you didn’t agree to allow us to return your items. Please accept our apology for not making you happy with your GoldFellow experience.
