The worst and horrible scam web site. Don't Buy Anything From This WEB SITE. I waited for 2 months for my stuffs and they keep on saying the supplier is offline. THE SUPPLIER OFFLINE FOR 2 MONTHS. I AM STILL ASKING FOR REFUNDING MY ORDER FOR MORE THAN 1 and HALF MONTH but they never refund my order and NEVER GIVING MY MONEY BACK.

Took my money and have been waiting for 4 days for my gold and won't refund.

On Jul 13, 2019 17:20:28 CDT, I sent a payment to Goldicq International Sales Ltd. I spent 20 hours after the sale waiting for a supplier, when they advertise 1.Our promise for Gold,items,accounts sending is in 8 mins-24 hours. We are now working on Day 7 with the same reply messages from your live chat agents: Andy, Tina, Lisa, Jacky & Janice.
"Our supplier is offline at the moment, and would you please check back here later for the face to face trade? Meanwhile, we will call you or send an email to notify you once the supplier gets online also."
I have requested a refund in Live Chat & via email, the only response I have received is "we will complete your order for sure ,just hope you can trust us and wait some more time". I will Never attempt to use this company again and I will Very Strongly tell others to Stay Away.

Placed a large order in April during an advertised sale. Agents told me due to the amount, it’d take longer to fill, but they’ll contact me once order is ready. A week goes by and the price goes up. They want to convert my order to the new price and give me 2/3 of what I paid for. I said no thanks, I’ll wait for the price to return. A month later the price was comparable. I get the same “supplier is not currently available” message, but they’ll contact me once order is ready. Another two months go by (with a total of 6+ contacts), and I get the same response each time. Now cost is 8X what I paid for. Agents give me same message, which I don’t accept. They disconnect me. Emailed manager to avoid PayPal dispute. Four days go by with no response. Had to file a dispute with PayPal to get a refund, though I would not have to pay 8x the original amount. I have had numerous dealings with this company in the past with no problem. But as soon as I take advantage of a sale and place a large order, they steal my money and refuse to fulfill my order. Avoiding at all costs, now.

ask them why they revoke my year 4 pass rainbow six siege then they said they had nothing to do with it

0/5 stars, hell, negative 5/5 stars. garbage company, garbage customer service, definitely not the best price, they don't ever deliver, refuse refunds, ignore messages, send nothing but automated responses. pure trash. never use. ever. avoid at all costs.

Made order. Got 1/2 of order over first 6 days. Day 7 and 8 waiting on supplier. Day 9 need me to pay more money. Cant get rest of order due to increase in price. Want me to pay more money. Scam artists. Garbage service. Typical communist crap. Dont buy here if you can help it!!!

i Argued my case for 3 days and they refused to refund. I would go into live support 5 times a day and hear the same thing. I was on the phone with PayPal and they actually gave me my money back before I filed a claim. I wrote a really long letter to the seller and PayPal showcasing examples and evidence from their live support (how they want you to double pay in order to get a refund) and other sources such as these reviews. Although I was able to get my money back quick, I am still in contact with PayPal and am working my hardest to get them removed as a merchant, as they have 100’s of disputes and PayPal is very slow on seeing this. Will not stop until I’m done with at least that.

After a bit of talking a got my money without any major problems. I can recommend

Lied about stock and availability.

Refuse to work with customer.

They are buying from a 3rd party then selling, in effect you're just paying extra to get gold through them (and paying for the worst support available).

When trying to get a paypal refund, they actually told paypal they delivered and provided fake evidence of such.

Still out my money and have not gotten a single gold delivered.

Liar, fake site and worst thief ever.
Never received my order, so I opened a dispute with Paypal. They made some fake screenshots and the dispute was close without having my money back and never received my order.
Run away from this vendor.

Do not trust these people.

We paid for Product and waited for seller to come online. In a week they have not been online and we were told after asking that we would not be getting the amount we paid for as prices had changed.

After all this messing around back and fourth enough was enough. We put in a dispuit.
The company had FORGeD screen shots of them giving us the product etc so PayPal delinced and said that we had received the product.

We have received nothing. We also got a message to drop the dispute.

How can a company be so disgusting to forge screen shots and lie to steal money.

Do not buy from here you probably won’t get anything and I imagine that the good reviews here are fake because I’ve seen nothing good about this company.

This website should be block and banned.
They have the worst customer service, keep being told that suppliers is offline (5 months now).
If suppliers is offline, the goods shouldn't be sell.

SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!!
Made a purchase via Paypal.
Item never delivered and repeatedly told that the "supplier" is offline.
Asked for a refund multiple times, but the requests were all ignored.
Opened up Paypal dispute and now they are making up fake screenshots and chat history. lol
Luckily I have been video recording.

Waited 50 hours for their live chat bots to keep telling their supplier was offline. Wouldn't refund until I opened a paypal claim. Do not recommend at all.

They are a scam, Bought r6 credits from them but never received it. Now they tell me that i have to pay them double up because they dont accept paypal.. Pure BS

This service is not a scam you just must check the stocks. I waited 3 days because the supplier was having a delay but he delivered it, no problems. You just need to chat with them, ask them about the problems etc... I made them to push my order to the first so its made the first.
