The ring was list as 14k, 16gms but tested by a jeweler as 14k, and only 14 gms. The stone was loose in the setting and the bezel was dented in a few places. When I pointed this out, I was extremely harassed by the owners, THREATENED. The WORST experience I ever had with a jeweler. Not only not professional, but criminal. SHAME ON YOU! Is this how you treat all your customers???

My whales tail pendant that I purchased was even more beautiful than I expected. The opals were set beautifully in the trails. It's is the perfect size for my neck as well. I will wear this often.

I was looking for a gold in quartz ring with a higher karat than 14 in the gold part of the ring. I looked everywhere, but the rings were all 14k, with much higher prices! I was very glad when I found these guys as they use high karat gold in many of their items. I found a ring and a pendant that I bought, and I like them both very much. The workmanship is superb and both items are very beautiful. The costumer service was very good and they answered my questions. Shipping was surprisingly fast. I am very happy with my purchases, and I highly recommend this shop!

Rarely do I write reviews, in all my years (30+-) of doing business on the internet I have never dealt with a company like this. This company was the rudest, nastiest one that I have ever seen. I felt that it warrants another review. They try to blame everyone else and do not take responsibility for anything they do. They sold me items they did not have, called me names and lied about it all. They were nice until they were caught in a lie and boy did they get mean in a hurry. On July 5th of this year, they sent me a email trying to get me to purchase some of their products at a reduced rate if I removed my previous review.
Had they admitted they were originally wrong, I may of forgiven them and done it, but they did not! They have called me a thief, liar, accused me of credit card fraud, and working on the black web etc!!! none of which was true. I strongly suggest staying away from this company, they are nice at first, but when it went bad it was horrid!!!

Transaction started on eBay. Understand fees and offer to use website for the best deal. Final price still beneficial to seller. Stone quality lower than others I was considering… very dull. Final disappointment was fed ex customs duties that were NOT mentioned and should have been covered or at best, declared at lower value

I have long loved Gold in Quartz jewelry and found a gorgeous ring that I couldn't forget. The main stone was mined from the famous 16 to 1 Mine (I liked that), set in a thick band (my fave style), and adorned with a number of gold nuggets. So me! I contacted the Goldorado store with a question and Sara's reply calmed my one concern. So I HAD to have it. And now, six days later, I'm wearing it. Polishing it. Admiring it. I couldn't be happier with a jewelry purchase. A lovely shop to interact with, fast-fast delivery by Fed Ex, and now I possess what will become a heritage piece to pass on to my daughter one day. I wore the pendant for exactly 1 week and today I lifted it to show a friend and it has a piece missing. I didn’t examine it with a magnifying glass but I can see cracks running through it.
My bad, going to your advertised contact and purchasing directly instead of through PayPal where I would have had protection.
It appears it’s had fault lines and just wearing is too much. The only thing this pendant was good for was to display.
I own several rings and understand how quartz slabs can have faults or be structurally sound. With the crack I see with my eye proves that I should have never worn it.
