The range of Caledonian equipment I bought is well designed and good quality. Service from goldpanningsupplies.co.uk/ was great- fast and well packaged- postage costs very reasonable (was actually slightly lower than the price they paid to Royal Mail as printed on the label).
Couldn't find any reviews before placing an order so was a little sceptical but went ahead and ordered a sluice, a gravel pump and a gold panning kit based on the fact the website domain address has been registered to one person for a very long time. I did miss an item off my original order and sent an email later asking if I can add an item without paying extra postage and Leon was a fantastic help in going above and beyond for me to do so. The Items were recieved 2 days after placing the order, all the kit is really nice quality and much better than I expected from the photos, it was probably one of the best packaged parcels I've ever recieved too, even clip bags with small items in had tape ensuring the seal stays closed and had a nice hand written compliments slip in wishing me good luck. All in all a fantastic service and great products,now I just need to find some gold 😁
