Never got my order.

Chased them for two months, got a reply of false promises that they never even bothered to actually do like refund any of my order.

Still waiting for a reply and they've kept the full £40. Complete scam.

Quality products, Service is excellent, Definitely what the people want, massive trend setter. I would recommend to ANYONE who wants some top quality products.

Excellent quality, made to order item so took around 12 days but I'm super happy with the ring and so is my boyfriend!

I ordered and paid for a ring on the 8th August as a present for someone. On the order confirmation, it was stated that the ring may take up to 5 days to despatch & I'd receive updates on the status of my order. It is now 5th September, and I have still received no updates or no ring. I have tried contacting via email and Instagram a handful of times, all of which have been ignored, appaling service. I'd have no issue if the ring was delayed or if they had issues getting it to me if they had just updated me with the status and given options on how to proceed. As this was a present, I've missed this as a present due to the lengthy delay.

Myself and a fair few of my friends have ordered from Goldtaste. One of my necklaces I've had for over 2 years now and I still wear it everyday. I can't recommend this company enough, good prices and excellent quality every time. Staff are helpful and delivery if prompt every time. I will definitely keep recommending this company to my friends & making more purchases for myself.

awful service. ordered an item as a gift and took ages to be shipped. once i received the email saying the item was shipped, it still never turned up. sent multiple emails to them and never heard back. had to use instagram to get in contact and found out that my item hadn't actually been shipped yet. still haven't received the item after ordering it 3 weeks ago

Ordered a chain from Goldtaste. Order took nearly 6 weeks to arrive and when it did the chain size was wrong and the product looked cheap and tacky. In addition to this the company never answers its phone or responds to emails. I would in no circumstances shop from this company again

Ordered on March 17th
Emailed requesting an update on May 2nd, May 15th, and today May 24th.
No item and no reply.
9 weeks later and still in the dark. With $160AUD hanging in the balance.

By far the worst company i've ever shopped from. Took months for the products to arrive and then when it finally did, they forgot to put the rings in the boxes, so there was nothing but empty boxes and stickers in the package, which i recieved no compensation for by the way. Then after i contacted them about the issue, a new package was sent. But the products felt very cheap and poorly made, so tried to make a return, which they blatantly ignored. I'm definitely not shopping from this terrible site again.
