Received the $138 “I’ll break Your Heart” necklace for my birthday in November. Less than a week later the chain broke with such little force. Contacted GoldVintageChains about this issue and they finally were able to send me a new chain for free in February. Was very appreciative of their consideration. However, I excitedly wore my necklace for 3 DAYS and the chain already broke again. Most certainly not $138 quality very disappointed. No issue with the pendent, though. Seems to be nice quality, very pretty. Overall do not recommend.
I ordered earrings like 6 weeks ago and they never even shipped it and wont return any emails
they charged me for a product they never even had. Had a listing up on their website for a ring that I purchased. Two weeks went by and I reached out to them email three times, then reached out to them via Instagram. Took me about four weeks total to get our response to know that they don’t even have the item in stock anymore. So they pretty much charge you but never ship your product, which is never how any website functions. you should only be charged when the product shipped and they told me they we were for it to come back in stock - how do you not notify your customer?!. They didn’t answer any of my outreach and four weeks later my bank to notified me, that I received a refund. they never even told me anything was coming my way. Terrible terrible experience and don’t recommend.
Ordered a necklace from them which came broken, the chain was split and could not be reattached. I reached out to them and they instructed me to send the item back with the shipping label they provided and they would send me a replacement. It has been over a month and they have not responded to my complaint, they have not shipped a new piece, nor have they refunded me. I have now lost out on $140 dollars. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
i love the jewelry however i dont wear it 24/7 so idk how it would hold up, worn probably 25 times with sweat and the necklace still looks good
