Really good experience using them

Really good experience using them. Toby who helped us out the whole way was really patient after we had changed our mind about a couple of bits, and even suggested another hotel that we hadn’t seen which we went for in the end and looks lovely. Looking forward to getting out there now !

Bad organisation and poor hotel.

Taken off the Old Course a few weeks before the trip and given all our golf days on The Links. A Spanish tournament of over a 100 players were due to play the Old Course during the week - and Golfbreaks didn't know? Transfers to Links course done in one 8 seater van resulting in three separate trips for our group of 20. 1st group dropped off an hour early, last group had to go straight to the tee. Pick-up was the same, therefore we were never at the club as a full group. Isla Canela Hotel very poor lacking in basic amenities. Set menu every night, with food of very average quality (served a meat dish that was cold and only luke warm on the second attempt). Booked Monday in advance and hotel got the booking wrong. Sent us to a town restaurant in taxis we had to pay for. I waited 45 minutes for paella which left 5 minutes to eat it before the restaurant closed. A poor meal too. Hotel Bar opened at 7pm and closed at 11pm. A lot of time spent at the Clubhouse where the service was polite, but generally very slow. The Links course was in good condition, challenging, and interesting. I have been on many golf trips in lots of different countries and my overall opinion is that it's worst golf trip I've been on due to poor organisation, and lack of facilities at the hotel.

Golfbreaks are superb!

Golfbreaks didn’t have a hotel/guest house in our preferred Lille, they organised a cracking little hotel in the middle of the town close to everything Lille has to offer. Very friendly staff, very nice continental breakfast and a bar🍺. The hotel has secure parking about 3 minutes walk away. Everything run like clockwork 😁

Golfbreaks Got it Done.

Golfbreaks did a great job and followed through on all obligations, including getting caddies and following up on a credit for a rain-shortened round at the Stadium Course.

I would recommend them to anyone looking to book a golf excursion.
