Will do anything to get you to spend money - the game is a cheat. If you complain to them they don’t respond anymore - do not waste your time or money

Their customer service is horrible. I've been waiting 4 days for any response and still nothing. I'm having trouble getting my phone codes. Never had any problem like this before, but the customer service is not good. Don't bother downloading this game it has gone downhill in the last year or so. Mini connection problems alot of the time. It used to be a fun game to play.

Be careful to check your GC charges. EA? Playdemic? Or someone else may be charging extra to your App account. It took me two years of complaining, showing them duplicate/triplicate charges. Terrible response . . . if at all. I think other “players” are causing these duplicate charges. They are also hacking, ball placing, and just using various cheats to win games. I don’t think EA or Playdemic wants to drive away regular players.
I don’t think it is possible or even fair when someone has an 80% -90% + win % and is able to sustain it through 1000’s of games against regular players.
I cancelled all of my GC accounts in early February, but still have had charges against my credit card through the App Store.
There should be a class action suit against these crooks.

Again just been playing on this game it should be renamed to DRAW as 90% of all games end in draws, I do not recommend anyone pay any money in this game and encourage clan members to do the same, its so rigged its not worth wasting any money. be aware playdemic also rip you off without you noticing by not giving you chest entitlement so count all your cards when opening gold chest and take screen shot often.

Scam. You will loose until you start to pay up then all the sudden you start to win. Total scam.

Fun game but game uses algorithms to make you fail unless you spend money. Go from having $20 million to less than $1000 spend money or all gems then you will start winning again. Not an honest game. I enjoy the game but hate the push to spend money to do well. Obvious when every single time you are in a zone landing 1 foot from hole and computer is always less than that. Very frustrating. Don’t play unless you are planning on paying to play

100% the most hacked game of all time. Only enjoyable for maybe 2 weeks and then the algorithm does completely unrealistic things in order for you to lose. 0/10

I have tried this app twice, each time I found that when playing an opponent the conditions change. ie both players should have the same wind conditions but the don't etc. If you are getting on too well the game has been programmed for you to lose. I have also had chest disappear as well as coins and gold bars. Not really fair or emjoyable.

I left the game in fall of 2022 due to matchmaking complaints (which were shared by others in my clan as well as seen on social media). I came back after a year, and now there are advertisement signs everywhere in-game. These signs are blocking the path of the ball… ive lost far too many games because a sign stopped my ball, and/or it blocked my shot.
I generally like the game… but when these advertising signs combined with a matchmaking algorithm that is still screwed up (i don’t care what they say, there's no way that a player with 86k games, and a 76% win ratio, has only 1100ish trophies)… my rating of this game is mediocre at best

Completely cheating. Just money making company. Fraudsters beware of them .they make you loose to get money.

Golf Clash is nothing but a bunch of cheaters prerecorded shots glitchs freezes..they are stealing our money....i say we find the CEO AND TELL HIM HOW WE FEEL ABOUT HIM RIPPING US OFF I'M SURE HE WILL crap HIS PANTS..

I have an issue where the game promoted a clan member to President by mistake and they will not change back, it took me five years to build this clan with over 40 clan members.

General support for the game is appalling

This game is trash don’t waste your time, have to pay money to keep up. It is also super fake with wind speeds and greens. Why anyone would play this is beyond me but do yourself a huge favor go watch paint dry on the wall that would be way more entertaining then this game.

Golf Clash can be a fun game here and there... The CHEATING IS ASTRONOMICAL. Guys hitting shots 700 yards is BULL💩Juiced Clubs and Hacking CHEATING players and CHEATING computer. People using a HOUSE BALL to hit 400 yards PLUS. DONT SPEND ANY $$ HERE! People in your own clan have ratings of 500 plus and juiced clubs. Take it for what it is...Compromised game with a little fun sometimes... TAPJOY is a problem too because REWARDS only given half the time. Support is garbage 🗑.

It’s quite telling, for a simple golf game app, that most of the Customer Support section is devoted to informing any players who query gameplay that “Golf Clash is not rigged!” Hilariously, if you use the apparent Trigger word “rigged” in any way, shape or form in a text to “Customer Support” you are blocked from any response, apart from agreeing to a passive/aggressive admission that you never meant the word “rigged” and that it was your fault all the time. Charming eh? Tbh, since EA bought the game from Playdemic, it’s effectively a golf ball (spend money otherwise you lose) shop, with a half decent game attached. Frankly, avoid like the plague.

This Game Keeps You Around The 50% Mark. It doesn't matter how good you are. If you go on a win streak, you're gonna have a losing streak. The game arrow skips, and throws off your shot. The game requires a lot of storage on your phone. It has a lot of gimmicks that has nothing to do with golf. These custom gimmicks cannot be deleted.

I have played this game for many years purely out of curiosity as to how far the site will go in order to fleece it's users. Do not trust anything the developers and support members of this site say. They do not care about the users. They make sure you lose if you complain. They shut you down if you complain that your complaint is being ignored. The support members are condescending. You may as well just type, blah blah blah blah. You are gagged from chatting when in play so there isn't any chance of a revolt taking place and far too often you are matched againsta bot. There are ghosts on the forums and even in the clans manipulating conversations in order to defuse any momentum against the site. They are only interested in coercing players to spend money, by making play harder, the longer you don't spend. It's very sad when gaming is controlled by business people.

This game sux. It’s so obviously rigged and I doubt very highly I’m playing actual people 100% of the time. Stop paying for the game and maybe it will get better. The game algorithm puts you up against people with better equipment (this is how it’s unfair). Unless you shell out the $$ m, you cannot keep up. Opponent drives the ball 400 yards. The most your equipment can reach is 340. The algorithm does not take equipment into account. You are penalized for having a higher trophy score. Bottom line, it sux and you shouldn’t take it seriously. Don’t pay a cent.

Once again the money grabbing big game developers have taken a good game like golf clash and ruined it what a shame, for instance lately when I want to play an opponent I get kicked out and have too login again and start over and this game is so slow when loading I can go make a cuppa and come back and it will still be busy loading as for those players that pay stop wasting your hard earned money on this game kanala and to EA GAMES get your act together because if you keep this up you're company will be the loser at the end of the day 😡
