Purchased putter online but had to…
Purchased putter online but had to return as the grip had a fault being extremely tacky and peeling. Returned to my local store store at Straton where the shop assistant studied the grip suspiciously and in detail for several minute's before informing me the club could not be returned at the store as it had been purchased on the company’s website. Fortunately another assistant overheard and corrected this position. The putter was exchanged for another and that went through without issue. It’s a pity my first contact and experience with GCFC wasn’t a bit more positive however worked out ok in the end .

the service is great but the prices are…
the service is great but the prices are sky high... i only realised afterwards that i paid the retail brand new price for my putter for a second hand putter.... and got very little for the two clubs i traded in... great service but people need to barter which is not a natural british trait.

The returns policy has changed, beware
The guys in the shop are helpful but the returns policy changed which I wasn’t made aware of. I got 2 clubs using cash and my C4C account but when I returned the clubs I could only get credit to my account. This changed in July apparently but I wasn’t made aware of it which is disappointing
