As a 62-year-old woman travelling alone for the first time in over 30 years, I was naturally a little nervous about organising a 4-week golf holiday through Italy from Perth, Western Australia. However, Golf in Italy made the entire experience absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

One of the biggest advantages was being able to create my own personalised holiday directly through Golf in Italy, which allowed me to avoid the extra costs often added by Australian tour companies acting as middlemen. Danielle, the owner, was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the planning process. We exchanged emails for over a month while discussing ideas, destinations, golf courses, and experiences that would suit me best. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Danielle also suggested several extra activities, including wine tasting and a food market tour, both of which turned out to be absolute highlights of my trip. Once the itinerary was finalised, Serena took over and organised everything perfectly — hotels, breakfasts, train tickets, transfers, and golf bookings.

Every train ticket between cities was pre-booked, and the hotels were always conveniently located close to the train stations, which made arriving in unfamiliar cities stress-free. The hotels themselves were excellent, and the breakfasts each morning were sensational.

The transfers were fantastic — always punctual, professional, and very friendly. I enjoyed chatting with the drivers and even learning a little English together along the way.

I originally booked 10 rounds of golf but ended up playing 12, and Serena quickly organised the additional games and transfers without any hassle at all.

Throughout the entire holiday, not once did I experience any issues with the organisation or arrangements. Everything ran smoothly and professionally, which gave me enormous confidence as a solo traveller.

I would highly recommend Golf in Italy to anyone considering a golf holiday in Italy, especially solo travellers. Their patience, attention to detail, organisation, and genuine care ensured my holiday became an unforgettable experience that I will treasure forever.

This was our first golf trip in Europe and we are so happy we found Golf in Italy. They were so responsive to all of our questions and organized everything that we wanted to experience in Rome. We worked with Serena and she was absolutely amazing. We would not have had a such wonderful trip if we had not had Golf in Italy to support us. We are so excited to be working with them for our next Golf trip in Italy in 2027!

This was such an incredible service! Daniele was so responsive & helpful in booking a surprise tee time for my partner during our upcoming trip to Italy. I appreciated a locals recommendations on courses, which need a cart, etc. He helped also reserve rental clubs & golf cart. I can’t wait to surprise him!

I used the concierge service at Golf in Italy to book several tee times around Lake Garda, and the experience was excellent. Daniele took care of everything and organized the schedule exactly the way I had requested. Communication was fast, clear, and very friendly, which made the whole process easy and stress-free.

At the courses themselves, everything went smoothly with no issues at check-in. I really appreciated how simple it was — just show up and play. Highly recommend their service if you want a hassle-free golf trip in Italy.

Danielle was fantastic. She made arrangements for my family to play Marco Simone. The entire process was seemless because of her efforts. The course was amazing. Service fantastic. Food exceptional. Would love to go back to italy and do a full golf tour.

It was almost too easy. Daniele (Golf In Italy) asked what we have in mind, I gave some specs and he made a great suggestion which we bought. He booked everything and we just flew to Milan and relaxed. :)

I was really very impressed by Daniele of Golf in Italy. I gave him the itinerary, namely flight times etc and he did the rest. Four great courses, de Medici, Querce Nationale, Gandolfo and the superb Marco Simone. He was on hand to communicate when we had a flight delay which was ok in the end. Would definitely recommend as the booking process was made easy. Also reserved buggies. Got us onto Marco Simone which I couldn’t book direct within the time frames. Excellent service and would definitely recommend!

Daniele was so helpful in helping us plan the perfect course. She organized everything and gave us clear instructions for when we got to the course. Would definitely do this again

We really enjoyed our 3 days in Tuscany perfectly organized by Daniele. Golf courses were great and our stay in Lucca was superb. We will be doing soon more
