Ordered few items from company. Emailed due to delay in sending an item which had unfortunately become out of stock and unable to get that colour in time for Christmas. Andy and Jake team were great and organised a full refund and sent an alternative colour with express delivery so I got it in time for Christmas! Brilliant customer service and would highly recommend! Thanks again!

I bought a J.Lindeberg Rudi Track Jacket size medium. It turned out that size medium is too big for it's size. The chest diameter measures 60 centimeters which is equivalent to XXL nase from their Size Guide.
Golfposer sold a J. Lindeberg track jacket that has an erroneous size label which I think is a factory defect.

Amazing shopping experience and customer service. The customer service team is extremely responsive. I've purchased three pairs of shoes, and had questions regarding size availability. They're always replied within a couple of hours max, and have been very helpful with procuring sizes and questions we had. 100% recommend!

Recently bought an item of clothing from here the delivery services left the pacel on the floor at front door in plain sight but when I returned home the day after the item was nowhere to be seen. I reported to the delivery service and golfposer but was made to feel as though it was my fault with them saying they cannot resend me the item I ordered. Out of pocket £130

I’m really amazed with the entire shopping experience through GolfPoser, I have purchased a few nice golf polos (Nike, J. Lindeberg) and everything has gone well, shipping time has been around 6 days (from Scotland to México).

I ordered a pair of shorts on Golf Poser...I couldn't find a similar pair elsewhere..so I gave them a shot...the problem is that they sent them that signature was required...so they expect me to take a day off from work to wait for a pair of golf shorts...that is not well thought out...I most likely will never get them as I am not staying home for a pair of shorts...disappointing experience. Buying a pair of shorts should not be this difficult. Will buy directly from Ralph Lauren in the future.

Purchased from them a few times now excellent service every time, even when sending an item back for exchange that was too big.

Extremely overpriced which i was initially ok with. I received an item that completely deformed after a year and was left hanging since they only offer 1 year of warranty.

I sent Golf Poser a question on a Sunday, not expecting a reply before some time on Monday.

I heard back 30mins later.

I then asked questions that must have had them groaning! They even opened a package for me and did various measurements before offering to send me two sizes and free return delivery for the one I didn't want.

They could not have been more patient and helpful throughout.

As an extra bonus, they use DPD, who are great couriers. The unneeded item was back with Golf Poser 24hrs after I received it, and the refund was back in my account the next day.

The correct size item is exactly as described and I'm really pleased with it.

If every company did service like Golf Poser there would be no need for TrustPilot!

This is hands down one of the best golf retailers I’ve purchased from this is where I purchase all my limited edition puma gear from, I dread to think how much money I’ve actually spent with them , but the service is always been spot-on ! The deliveries are always spot-on. I find the quality is absolutely perfect although if it wasn’t, I wouldn’t blame the golf retailer for that!

Brilliant company. I find they go above and beyond with their customer service. Ordered a pair of golf shoes and they sourced and dispatched them really quickly. Item arrived in perfect condition and liaison with company was straight forward. I will definitely use them again in the near future.

I received a defective garment. Their customer service told me to wash it. Quote: "If you think the marks will wash out we are happy to offer some discount for you to keep this one." I actually washed it and it was still ruined. They would not send a return label along with a new garment. I recommend to not do business with this organization as they do not adhere to their policies.

Per Golf Poser return policy: Unfortunately delivery and return costs will not be refunded unless the item you have received at time of purchase is defective.
