Fakes Fakes - Chinese imports

The products received are fakes. I was charged in Chinese yen, then incurred bank charges and different currency rate, then charged import duty of £10. All of this was refunded. Then the clubs arrived and they were both the incorrect clubs ordered and poor quality and fakes.
I am settling via visa claimback. Although the dispute is still open and the company keeps contacting me for return of the clubs. the costs of which would be £65

great web site FAKE GOODS? NO WAY OF CONTACTING

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM GOLF SEASONSS.COM . i decided to make an order as the reviews the show all look great. . the web site states postage worldwide free. the price you see is what you pay. i received a phone call from DHL asking for payment of import duty or the clubs would not be delivered. thanks for that golfseasonss!!. also on the site it says serial numbers are supplied. guess what no serial numbers. it also says clubs from america but are shipped from china! i got the clubs today and have yet to use them. im keeping my fingers crossed they dont fall apart. the website looks great but where is the customer service. ANSWER IS THERE ISNT ANY. when you click on the send a message for complaint it says you cannot send message on the server to address discount dvd ????? looks like ive paid nearly £400 for what look to befake clubs .I WOULD ADVISE DO NOT TOUCH THIS SITE
