We’re sorry to read that you’ve experienced some trouble with your order.
Unfortunately, the first notification we’ve received regarding the issue is through this 1-star review, meaning we haven’t had the opportunity to investigate or rectify the problem before the review was left. Had we been made aware of the issue, we would have been more than happy to investigate it and work towards getting it resolved.
I can see that the order was dispatched on time and is showing as delivered by DPD. As such, any issue appears to be related to the delivery itself rather than the processing or dispatch of the order. While we are ultimately responsible for ensuring your order reaches you, delivery issues can unfortunately occur once a parcel is with the courier, and we have no way of anticipating these before they happen.
We appreciate that this is frustrating, and we would of course always take responsibility for resolving a delivery issue when we’re made aware of one. However, receiving a 1-star review for an issue we had not been notified of, had no opportunity to investigate, and which occurred outside of our control is unfortunately something we cannot foresee.

Does next day delivery mean next day delivery ?
I ordered my push / pull trolley last Friday, it said on the website “ order today for delivery tomorrow “. DPD sent me an email to say they would be delivering my product on Monday. I researched if DPD delivered on Saturdays and Sunday, yes they do if the retailer pays them. I questioned this with GolfStar Direct, they said it was a website error and they would like to compensate me. I am happy with their compensation but should not have been mislead in the first place.

As mentioned, this was a slight error in the wording on one screen during the lead-up to purchasing your product. The wording was intended to highlight the best available delivery option, which at the time was Saturday, but upon review, we can appreciate that this could have been interpreted as meaning the item would be received on a standard delivery service.
The issue has now been rectified. At the time of your purchase, as well as now, when selecting a postage method on the following screen, the available delivery options and associated services are clearly displayed. There is never any intention to mislead customers.
We do, however, appreciate you raising the concern regarding the wording, and we have taken this feedback on board.
