I am incredibly sorry to hear about the issue with your order.
Unfortunately, it appears the parcel was lost by Royal Mail, which is understandably very frustrating. I've arranged for a replacement to be sent via an alternative delivery service, and this is due to arrive with you tomorrow.
With regard to the review, we hadn't received any contact from you to let us know the parcel hadn't arrived, so we unfortunately had no way of knowing there was an issue until your review was left. With an issue like this, we'd always be more than happy to investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible, but we're only able to do so once we're made aware that there's a problem.
Whilst we're disappointed that you down on this occasion, this was unfortunately outside of our control. We do, however, feel that as soon as we became aware of the issue, we acted as promptly as possible to provide the best resolution available.
Once again, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused, and I hope the replacement reaches you safely.

I've taken a look at the contents of your order, and I can confirm that the combined retail value of the items was £149.95. We strive to ensure our Mystery Boxes offer excellent value for money, and we believe that was achieved on this occasion.
With regard to the colours, the contents of a Mystery Box are intentionally random and can vary considerably. As the name suggests, the items are selected at random, so we're unfortunately unable to accommodate colour preferences. If you were looking for specific colours, we'd recommend purchasing the individual items directly so you can choose exactly what you'd like.
