Poor customer service
Initial purchase and receipt of the golf shoes went ok, but the shoes were far too big for the stated size. Golf Support stated they did not have the next size down and as they did not have any other golf shoes that met my requirements I was forced to return them at my expense. Customer Services were not interested in the fact that they could not supply a suitable replacement, and the fact the shoes were not true to the stated size and as such not as described. Consequently Golf Support would not cover the cost of returning the shoes, a £9 plus loss to me for something that was not my fault. Seems to me that Golf Support are more interested in profit than providing an acceptable service and having satisfied customers!
All I can advise is if you make an online purchase from Golf Support that you are mindful that if the purchased item is not as it should be then you will still need to pay to return it.
My first online purchase experience with Golf Support wasted too much of my time and money, so I will not be making future purchases with them.

Best price on available on the day I chose to purchase. I had been researching / watching for a couple of weeks. Great product as you would expect from TaylorMade. Well packaged with a fast delivery and an advised delivery slot by courier. Fantastic overall service.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
I ordered a set of clubs during the January sales. HUGE MISTAKE. After taking 5 days to tell me the clubs I ordered were not in stock they got in touch and said I can order same clubs but for 100 pounds extra. I have said I want a refund. I could have got these clubs on sale elsewhere at the time but can not now as the sale isn't on anymore. After explaining this they have said they will issue a refund no voucher or similar to apologise for messing me about. I will never use this site again and would urge anyone else to avoid using unless you want to be messed around
