I love the goli gummies but sometimes the texture of them is inconsistent and at some bottles are better than others in my opinion. This last order the bottles were amazing though

I had accidentally ordered the incorrect 3 pack. I quickly sent an email to the customer service team. Right away I received a very nice reply, completely taking care of everything, switching my order to the correct product and providing me with a new order number. Just like that, a very Happy customer. What a great experience to start my Goli journey to better health.
I was skeptical about Goli because my initial order never got delivered and the delivery service stated they could not find my address which was odd because I work from home and have ringing doorbell and they never tried to deliver.
I reached out to the GOLI team who quickly sent me a 20% refund and shipped out a new order. I received that order this weekend and I have to say this is the kind of customer service that makes you feel confident in a company. I won’t hesitate to buy from Goli again. #BRAVOGOLI
Update: Goli contacted me (after I had already made this review and filed a complaint with the BBB) and has rectified the situation with an explanation and refund.
Ordered 8 BOTTLES TOTAL (5)Ashwaganda for hubby and (3)Pre/pro/post biotic for myself over the holiday. After 1 month, felt/saw no difference. Read the return policy very carefully which states that I have to contact the company for an RMA. Customer service says return all bottles including empty (paying postage myself here so asked if I could squish the empties- no response). Customer svc states no return label/RMA etc will be sent to me. Clearly states in their refund policy on their site (that I can't post a link to due to rules of Trustpilot) that this is REQUIRED to have before a return allowed or a refund is issued. You never get the same cust service person in an email twice, and they are apparently not aware of their own policy. I just want to ensure I get a full refund. Seen other reports elsewhere that this is an issue. They WON'T answer the phone on a business day during business hours which is a huge red flag. Sorry, I like to speak to a human and get.stuff done once, not with several emails. Just be aware if you buy you may have a hard time with a return/refund and yes, will have to pay return shipping for even empty bottles.
Maybe someone from upper level management will see this and step in to get this resolved? In which case I will definitely edulit my review.

We ordered 3 different types of vitamins on Nov 28th 2025 and it is not Jan 4th 2026 and we still have not received our vitamins. The shipment has been updated saying it will arrive tomorrow but it has not been shipped. I’m not sure why there has been such a delay. It was suppose to be a 1-2 week delivery.

I was in a hurry to order my Goli vitamins. Once I received confirmation of my purchase, I realized I ordered the wrong vitamins. Goli customer service was quick to respond to my email and corrected my order immediately. Amazing customer service!

I have been taking the apple cider vinegar and the green immune gummies for quite a long time now and I swear by them. I feel so much better in myself and if I do catch a cold, which is rare now, it never seems to develop and I get off lightly. I put this down to Goli. The taste is good with no after taste like a lot of sugar free things. But with the combo I purchased it suggests 10 to 13 dummies a day. That's too many dummies. How about packing the daily into ONE gummy a day of each? The apple cider alone is 1 to 2 3 times a day if you take six the bottle only last 10 days. More cost effective and not bad taste to just mix apple cider vinegar and honey together.
I love goli products! I tried a few different ones had one bad side effect and they fixed and addressed the issue right away. I can not be more thankful and happy with the products and customer service team! Definitely found a product I love and that’s hard. I wish more companies were like Goli with customer service! No argument they just wanted to make it right which is all anyone can ask for when there’s an issue! 100/10 would recommend to anyone who wants a product that works and have an amazing customer experience.

I had an issue that I created mistakenly ordering the wrong supplement. I contacted your team and they got back to me instantly and also gave me a discount on a order that I had mistakenly done incorrectly. I was so pleased how they went out of their way that I ordered the ashwagandha that I originally wanted. Customer service like this is very rare.
There was a problem with my order and they reached back out immediately to offer a solution. When there was an issue with the solution promised they sincerely apologized for the oversight and made it correct.
I love their products! The Pre/Pro/Post-biotics are amazing. They have helped me so much! I also have several of their other items, and they are all amazing. I highly recommend them!

I ordered a 3 pack of supplements from this company on TikTok. I ordered from the company. I ordered during a live video because they were running a special promo that if you type the promo code in at checkout, you will receive 6 bottles instead of 3. Well, my order arrived, and I only received 3. I reached out on TikTok to the company, and they literally told me that they will not be honoring the promo code or refunding me...too bad. So, this is an absolute SCAM. Also, 2 of the bottles of gummies I received were not sealed properly, the seals were partially broken upon opening. This is not safe or sanitary, and the gummy tasted rotten. I truly think they pay for their reviews. Do not order from them, especially with a promo that is not instant in a monetary form...it's a scam. They are apparently known for sending expired supplements as well. I should have trusted my gut that it was too good to be true.
