Scam product
Scam product. They do not believe enough in their products to honor a refund on all orders, just your first. I purchased a 30 day supply and it did not work, so I placed another order and it still did nothing. I wrote to them regarding getting a refund and was told they only give refunds on your fist order only. This is what they wrote me back

Did not work!
When I read about this it said you could eat what you like and the weight would fall off! That is not true! They then tell you after you have bought the pills you have to go on a keto diet. I have been on them for 2 weeks and have not lost an ounce. I only wanted to lose 10lbs. Another scam. I paid $60 and it did not work!

I have lost more than 40 pounds since starting Golo
The last 2 months has been difficult - not loosing like I was.but I feel so much better. I’m able to hit the gym 3 days a week, ride my bike in between workouts and have way more energy to enjoy my retirement and time with my grandchildren!

Reviewing the sodium content is always a good idea when purchasing a prepared food product. Per the USDA - a “dash” of salt (0.4g) contains 155mg of sodium. So, if you add 2-3 dashes of salt to a dish, you will end up with anywhere from 310-465mg of sodium for that meal. As a comparison, ½ tsp of salt contains 1,162.5mg of sodium.
The CDC recommends, “When buying prepared meals, look for those with less than 600 mg of sodium per meal”, which is the upper limit set by the FDA for a meal or main dish to be labeled “healthy.”
As you can see, the GOLO Foods Beef Blend contains less than the upper limit set by the FDA for healthy meals. However, if you are concerned with the sodium content, you can always divide each serving into two meals rather than eating the full amount in one sitting.

Disappointment
My wife is a long term customer of GoLo and was travelling to sister in NYC. Forgot to grab the package so ordered another for home thinking (like any company) I could just have my sister return the unopened package once they sent return label. Customer service says their return policy is ONLY for first time. Anyways just had my sister ship to me (a few bucks) but told GoLo they had lost a loyal customer. From my point of view any company that does not allow returns of ANY purchase (especially previous customers) deserves no respect. Expect it is a sign that generally the product is crap so returns after multiple month use / failure prevents keeping the stooge's cash. Dont be a stooge - AVOID. This review is my way of letting the world know the company's lousy quality (as I told them after my disappointment to my refund request). Hope others read and put these sharks out of business. Many better places to be found.

Easy way to lose weight
I saw your add on TV and just thought it was not worth doing at the time because I’m older and have a lot of health problems But the more I thought about it I wanted to try When I got all the information it looked easy I have been doing pretty good I made it through Christmas and Thankgiving baby shower and so far I lost around 25 lbs and feel much better I have strayed sometimes but the next day So far it’s still working
