Lauren our rep was a great help. She did not push us and allowed us to do everything g on our time. The way the emailed everything g when we had to do something was helpful. It went smooth and would refer family and friends.

I had a really great experience with Lauren H and the loansnap team. I desperately needed new flooring and a roof, and did not want to refinance because of the current rates being much higher than my current rate. I was getting really discouraged. I kept receiving calls from companies offering me a “equity loan”, only to find it was actually a refinance. I happened upon Loansnap while doing an internet search and really liked the fact that, with my busy life, I was able to do everything through chat/text aside from two phone calls which were only 5-10 minutes in length. Lauren was always extremely responsive and answered all of my questions quickly. From start to finish, Loansnap was able to get my equity loan closed in a little over 2 weeks. My rate is good, and my loan payment is affordable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you Lauren and Loansnap!

I reached my end goal of getting cash out, but still felt the status and next step for my loan were lacking. I would prefer more verbal follow-up or automated emails of what step my loan is at and the next step. Plus, follow-up emails when my loan status updates, this way, my questions are addressed without me taking time out of my day to play text or phone tag with my loan officer. Besides that, the experience was pleasant.

Everything went smoothly and quickly for our loan! Our loan officer was friendly and knowledgeable and didn't sugar coat any information. This is our second time using Loan Snap and we would recommend them to anyone.

I was very apprehensive about refinancing my home. I’m retired and the prospect of refinancing was overwhelming and frightening to me. I started the process with my current lender but because I had gone online to compare rates I was bombarded with calls, emails, text messages from several loan companies. I started a text conversation with LoneSnap which led to a phone conversation with Jared Miller. Jared asked me why I was looking to refinance, he listened to my reasons, my concerns and then he went over everything I had voiced.
