We’re very happy using GoLogin! The tool has been reliable, easy to use, and helps us manage multiple accounts smoothly. The company is doing a great job at providing consistent updates and responsive support. Overall, it’s been a great experience and we’re satisfied with the results.

Very simple to use and combine with automatization scripts.

I requested a refund a month ago, but they’re still stalling me. They keep saying it’s still in process. Their website clearly states that refunds are made within 3–14 days. Scammers!

The service has been very disappointing, and I haven’t received any response from their support team.

Their customer care, "E." in particular, are unprepared, careless, and even trolling, resorting to replies straight from The IT crowd. Cannot possibly recommend, when problems arise you're on your own.

These are great to use and easy to setup. I feel comfortable and safe to run my business using gologin

100% a fraudulent company, Signed up for the $49 a month basic account, after paying i still could not make profiles, i opened a ticket and someone named stepan helped me, gave me access while they were looking for my payment, i then woke upto my account being completly drained out by gologin making multiple debits of there highest payment , i yearly fee of $1194 , they then continued to debit over and over untill no money was left, what kind of proffesional company debits a yearly fee 4times in 1 min? They have been reported to my banks fraud department and cases are being opened for theft as we speak

Based on Gologin’s marketing, I was optimistic that this platform would be the ideal solution for managing multiple social media accounts from a single device. The features and capabilities advertised seemed like a perfect fit for my needs. Unfortunately, I’m now on day 5 of the free trial and have yet to fully test the software due to persistent proxy errors.

Despite my initial excitement, my experience with Gologin during the free trial has been frustrating. I was initially able to create a new social media account through the platform, but subsequent attempts to set up additional profiles resulted in repeated proxy errors instructing me to "try again later." Even more concerning, one of my Facebook accounts was suspended while I was accessing it through Gologin.

After pausing my testing for a couple of days, I returned on day 5 of the 7-day trial only to receive a new error stating that I was out of location data and would need to purchase more—despite still being within the trial period. This has been a deeply disappointing experience. I’ve contacted support and am currently awaiting a response.

I rated the product 2 stars, and only because I haven't invested money yet—just my time. I hope support provides a meaningful resolution, but as it stands, the trial has been a complete letdown.

I paid $294 for GoLogin and lost access to all my browser profiles due to a bug in their latest update. Support admitted the issue but gave no solution after 4 days of back-and-forth.

Even worse a friend of mine had his GoLogin profile hacked and lost over $8,000 in Facebook ad spend because of it. GoLogin didn’t take responsibility, didn’t secure the platform, and offered no support for recovering the damage.

If you care about your data, security, or business operations stay far away from GoLogin. Total disaster.

GoLogin offers an outstanding product with reliable performance—I’ve never encountered any issues. Their customer support is prompt and knowledgeable, always ready to answer any questions quickly. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a seamless and efficient browsing solution!

I’ve been waiting 14 weeks for my GDPR request to be processed. Companies usually comply within a week, but they’re incompetent and no longer responding to my emails and closed my live chat.

I wouldn’t ever purchase from them if this is how they treat privacy.

Gologin is an amazing software for multi-browser management with unique fingerprints, and IPs. Great for managing multiple LinkedIn accounts and for browser automation activities like data scraping, lead generation, etc.

Very poor, it has a lot of technical issues and hangs.

I got scammed by $5,500 today. Someone launched fake ads from my account. Since neither the Meta account or linked email address was compromised, the only way it could have happened is if someone had access to your cookies. In other words there are grounds to suggest GoLogin sold my accounts cookies. There are other people reporting the same. Stay away!
