The super serum is the best beauty product on the planet and such great value for money. Love it. Would recommend it to everyone. I have bad skin and has improved it beyond belief.

I ordered the boss oil and the night cream after hearing good things and that the boss oil is a Sunday Riley dupe. My order was despatched pretty quickly. Given the bank holiday I didn't expect to receive it until Monday. I just happened to check the tracking on Saturday and it said it had been delivered. It hasn't been. There was no red card to say where they had put it. No photo uploaded. No signature. I have searched high and low. We were in when the parcel was allegedly delivered but there was no knock on the door. The doorbell didn't ring. I came to the conclusion that it was either a glitch in their tracking or they delivered it to the wrong address. I emailed Made By Sunday. I am yet to receive a response. I tweeted the twitter page and I didn't get a response there either. I have opened an investigation with Royal Mail. They have said they can use GPS to find out where it was scanned as delivered and try to retrieve the parcel and redeliver it but the can't guarantee they'll be able to retrieve it. I just have to hope Made by Sunday get in touch and resolve this or that Royal Mail can retrieve it. I won't be ordering again purely because of lack of response when a delivery doesn't arrive.

I’m 42 and have never been so committed to a skincare routine and it’s because it honestly feels like an enjoyable ritual applying the products. The smell of the cleanser is my absolute favourite!

I have gifted the products to others a couple of times now too and I feel like my skin is in a great place.

I would love to see and SPF make up base type of product!

Ok guys bear with me as it's a long one. 😅 But I just wanted to detail my experience in case there's anyone that's doubting getting a set like I did, for whatever the reason.
I have combination skin, so not everything works for me. I've bought 'natural', 'superfood' skincare before which didn't work for me. I've been eyeing MadeBySunday for the longest time, and I finally decided to take the plunge. Instead of just taking the quiz and getting what was recommended as I'd normally do, I booked a video consultation with AJ. She recommended some products for me based on my concerns, and I bought them a few days after. Here are my thoughts about the products:

1) Mum's Right Cleanser: I was most apprehensive about this actually. Almost all 'gentle' or cream-based cleansers tend to leave a sort of 'film' on my face after washing, which made me feel like it's not properly cleaned. I LOVED the pepperminty scent, but after washing this off, I was disappointed that I felt that familiar 'film'! A few seconds after that, hang on... It felt... soft, and that film feeling was gone! 😲

2) Glow the F Up toner was.. well, a toner. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. 😆

3) Not a Drill serum: I applied 2 drops and massaged it on my face. My face and fingers felt sticky! 🫤 But like the cleanser, after a few seconds, the stickiness disappeared and my face felt... (dare I say it?) smooth. 😮

4) Oh Boy matcha moisturizer: Another thing that stopped me buying these were that the sizes seemed so small compared to other commercialized skincare! But when I received it, the size was bigger than I expected (maybe I just suck at mental image measurements)😅. I also read that the formulations are concentrated, so you don't need to use a lot as a little goes a long way. After applying the moisturizer, I was perplexed. Unlike all the moisturizers I've ever used before whose finish were either creamy or oil-like, this one had a sort of matte finish, without feeling dry. I kept running my fingers over my face as it was such an unfamiliar feeling 🤣. My face felt so smooth!

The next morning when I woke up, I was curious to how my face would feel to the touch. And yet again, I was amazed! I usually wake up with at least a bit of an oily face from the moisturizer the night before. But this time, my face was as matte and smooth as it was the night before! 😱 For the rest of the day, my skin never got oily (which is an amazing feat in itself as my face usually produces enough oil to fry an egg by evening).

Still, I thought, ok.. it's only been a day. I didn't want to jinx anything just yet. I've had times where a range seemed to be good in the early days, but then the effectiveness just stops and I'm back to where I started, or worse.
But it's been about a week or so now since I started using MBS and my skin has never, I repeat NEVER looked this good and healthy.

One question though... Will you be coming out with an spf-based product? 😁

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I also have a sinus problem, so often times my nose can be raw, tender, and have open cuts from 'tissue burn'. NONE of the products stung when I used them. In fact, I applied Oh Boy on the raw bits on my nose and believe it or not, it had healed the next day. Coincidence? I think not!

Love love LOVE! I held off leaving a review until I’d given products a good few months of use to see how I really felt about them. I treated myself to a range of products at Xmas and I honestly love all of them. I have sensitive skin so I’m always cautious when trying new things but nothing I have used has caused irritation. Everything smells amazing! My skin feels amazing!

I found this company through a site that highlights products similar to more expensive brands. I'm so glad I was introduced to MadebySUNDAY! I started by trying their "Super Serum" (as part of a package which included another product I've not officially tried). The Super Serum smells AMAZING, but that's not terribly important. The big WOW for me is how much it is helping my skin to be more calm. The longer I use it, the better my overall redness/irritation seems to be alleviated. Very happy with this single product I've tried and am planning to try another soon. (For reference: I have mature, fair/freckled skin with eczema AND rosacea. Most things cause flair ups and irritation for my skin so I try things with extraordinary caution.)

Received some of these products as a gift, lovely to use. Looking up whether to continue to buy, they are a good price - will continue to use.

I personally found the products not great. One serum pilled badly on my skin and when I emailed, the suggested solutions to correct this were instructions not available on the packaging. Another product I bought was far too weak for my skin and didn’t make any difference at all, which I suppose can be the compromise with all natural products.

The thing that disappointed me is that when I tried to write an honest review, they didn’t want to post it. They instead said they would send me another bottle of the same product to check that it wasn’t the batch.
It took them 2 attempts and several weeks to get the new bottle to me on ‘next day delivery’.
Customer service were nice, but overall it seems that they manipulate the reviews on their website, which seems very untrustworthy.
My argument is that had a review similar to mine been posted by them, I may have not wasted money on this product and bought another that is more suitable for my skin. By withholding feedback, they’re ultimately damaging their customers.

This company is absolutely terrible. They take your money, send you nothing and you spend day after day chasing it up with no response or a different answer every time.
I practically had to beg for a refund after spending quite a bit and had no faith I would see either this or any products.
Everything is constantly out of stock 'and new batches being made'. If you cannot fulfil an order inform your customers don't just leave them hanging for days on end.
I would never order from here again and it seems I'm not the only one who's had similar issues.

Skeptical at first, but love the watermelon and hemp serum, and the mum's right cleanser. Love that minimal ingredients are used, and all products are made fresh in small batches. Will continue to use!

Stumbled on this brand in a time of need and I honestly can't believe how incredible the OH Boy Moisturiser and Super Serum have made my skin look. Well and truly obsessed with everything from them now and never had a problem with delivery

Love the products I received from Made By Sunday. I wrote my address wrong on my order and contacted customer service, they amended the order without complaint and it arrived a couple of days later!
There’s no fancy packaging but you get good quality products for the money and they include lots of personal touches.

My orders from madebySUNDAY have been fast and well packaged. I love the ingredients in their products and love that they are cruelty free.

I got the acne prone starter kit and have definitely noticed a difference in my overall complexion and a massive improvement in my breakouts! I haven’t really used the spot gun much as it marked my bedding the first time..but I maybe just put on too much just before bed!

Great everyday spf , not too heavy and easy to apply make up afterward. Literally one of the only spf 50 moisturisers that I’ve stuck to!
