I have been using Go Magic for almost two weeks and have been impressed with the care put into the lessons. All the material is well prepared and there are genuine innovations in its presentation. One of the barriers to improving my Go game is my weak reading. I look forward to seeing if running drills on the skill tree will make a difference.

The information is really well structured and explained. Lots of quizes and go puzzles.

Go Magic is a great educational tool! The videos are laid out well with intermittent quizzes to solidify the information. I have been very impressed with the organization and enjoy the organization of the skills. I am very impressed!

GoMagic is a super nice platform to learn go. The team is really responsive and tries very hard to provide good material to start learning, both in english and in other western languages.
Some of the classes are very high quality, and some other are more okay, but overall a relatively new player will have a great experience there.
The only drawbacks might be the pricing and the fact that this website is mostly useful for relatively new players (only a handful of classes seem useful after reaching a certain level - somewhere around 5k egf).

A wonderful site that for a very small fee will help you understand go from the basics to the first dan level.

Go Magic has done more for my understanding of Go and the theory behind the choices you have in a couple months than the two years of playing up to this point. Until now it felt like I was fumbling in the dark with every placement of a stone. Now I am a competent player and can evaluate my game in an effort to continuously improve. The quizzes make a massive difference. The instruction style is perfect for me. Courses are broken out into logical subsets. I can’t recommend this more to any level Go player.

I really enjoy the experience, but I feel like i want a little bit more content overall, as well as some more content/courses/videos etc. for my Silver membership. Thanks in advance and keep improving a service!

As I’m already a member of two Go teaching platforms I was reluctant to start a membership with Gomagic too but I just got interested in a course about attachments from A. Dinerstein and a course about ko’s so I decided at least temporarily to sign up. I almost finished the attachment course, excellent content and presentation.

Very well put together with helpful guidance for newer players.

Such a great, high quality product. Teachings with so much love for the game and for didactic.
