Placed the order on Sunday, 6th of November at 11:06, product arrived on Monday morning in Romania. Unreal how fast everything went.

The customer support was spot-on, super responsive, and very helpful.

So far my best experience with Customer Support I've ever had. Since I have few UPS point in the neighbourhood, gomibo provided me with a DHL return label instead - that was really helpful. Then NL post lost my return package, but the communication with support was fast, friendly and effective.

Outstanding service: I erroneously ordered a product twice and then complicated the communication with Gomibo by mixing up the order numbers. Not to worry, Gomibo sorted it out in no time and without delay to the delivery of my order. Loved the experience, will happily shop with them again!

Payment with credit cards (different) was unsuccessful without any explanations.
Payment via Paypal - they charged the amount, but in a minute refunded it without explanation.
I have received this refund in few days, but less amount because of currency conversion issue.
No proper explanation about the cancelled by GOMIBO.DE payment.
Lost time, lost money.

I got my headphones without any complications delivered to my office. After placing the order, I sadly couldn't change the recipient name, but I didn't matter in the end since it got delivered:)

Never heard of this store before and needed an item quick because the big online retailer wouldn't be able to ship until the end of the week. Website claimed item would arrive 'tomorrow' if ordered before 7PM and fair enough it did arrive this morning (free UPS shipping too).
Had to cancel my first order because I put the wrong address and they've already refunded it as well.

I am so pleasantly surprised by this shopping experience I had to leave a review which I normally don't do. Would buy there again.
