I invested like € 1000 and I get paid €0,60 per day... So it takes a long time to get that investment back, but that's OK.

It's important to have trust in any financial product. Well that went away, when I won a promocode and something in the app didn't work.

No information about the promocode is going to expire. Bottom line I couldn't used it. I spoke with the CS agent and no solution. Basically they say, it's expired and we don't share an expiration date, so bad luck BYE.

This is holding me back to promote this, I also informed the friends I shared it recently to not start with it. As we also don't know they go offline and to where can I report this? How to get my money back?

So I lost my trust in this, just over € 30,- off what it cost for them...

On top of your comment. The promocode can only be used one time. So I used it to update a miner for €17,- and then €300,-.. Which means I should use it for the €300,-. It's all about being clear or you going to share, that this is also visible? Make the information of expiration and all small letters clear to people.

I have already submitted multiple proofs to Gomining regarding my pending $750 payment, including screenshots of my chat with their team member (Lilith). Despite this, every time I post a review, they simply reply with the same line:
“Please contact our complaint email.”

I have already done that many times — sent detailed emails, shared all the evidence, yet they never respond or release the payment.

This shows a clear pattern of avoidance and lack of accountability.

If they again post the same copy-paste reply under this review without actually solving the issue, I request Trustpilot to take serious action and consider removing Gomining from this platform — so that no one else becomes a victim of their scam.

GoMining is a great app for anyone looking to mine Bitcoin but lacking the financial means or the knowledge to set up their own expensive setup...

I've been using it for 11 months. Do they pay? Yes. Is it a scam? No. There are a few thing that most people don't understand and think that is the company's fault. You need to understand that you are mining. This means in order your miner to stay competitive you have to invest. This is due to the falling mining rewards because of the rising mining power. When i begun mining back in october 2024 the reward for 1TH was 69 sats. Today (Sept 2025) is 44.18. IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE PRICE OF BTC. 44 sats worth more than 69 sats back in october 2024. The good thing is that you pay for electricity and maintenance in USD and you get paid in BTC. That means that as the price of BTC rises the expenses fall and you pay less. BUT also the rewards fall. Nothing of this is the company's fault.The whole bitcoin mining network has the same problems. Its a risky investment and if you believe that bitcoin will skyrocket then its a good investment. Its a long term investment. I give 4 stars only because their support. It really sucks. They have no idea of what is going on.
