I've ordered 1 tyre (lucky man). The link for tracking the shipment is not working. The tracking number is not recognized by DPD. I'm trying to call them by the phone but, after 45 minutes waiting online, the call has been interrupted. Now the phone line is not available. Tried to contact them with whatsapp or messenger but they are not really answering: only automatic answers. Are they run away with the money?

I ordered the tires but at the momento…
I ordered the tires but at the momento of exchange of tire the workshop told me that the tires were compressed and it was very difficult to put them back into shape.
That caused a majority of cost, more than double which was indicated at the moment I placed my order
