Esperienza pessima

Esperienza pessima. Ordiate 4 gomme, arrivate solo 2 gomme. Dopo 2 mesi di attesa Gomma Planet non ha ancora inviate il corriere per ritirare le 2 consegnate (non più necessarie) e non vogliono procedere al riaccredito dei soldi spesi.

Terrible experience. I ordered 4 tires, but only 2 were delivered. After 2 months of waiting, Gomma Planet has still not sent the courier to collect the 2 delivered tires (which are no longer needed) and they refuse to proceed with a refund of the money spent.
