After 6 months, I have a decided opinion that this service is raunchy.
Telephony sounds like the first IP calls 20+ years ago. Most of the conversations were unintelligible and just made both parties mad. I don`t use it anymore but turn on the mobile internet (this part works fine) and use the Vxxer or Wxxpp instead to make calls. The problem is that calling offices or when a client calls me, it can be a hard time.
During holiday in the EU it didn`t work at all, meanwhile my friend`s Vodafone was flawless. I opened their chat and some inept person called Jessica tried to convince me that I mistyped the number then closed the chat window.
My complaint was replied with a short BS only probably by a bot as there wasn`t even a name in the email.
Very poor service
Very poor service, very poor customer service management. They charged me €14.99 for the supposed activation of the service. Terrible coverage. It only worked well the first day; by the third day, I was already without coverage and the data download was very slow. I do not recommend them at all. I switched companies and requested a refund for the activation because I was within 14 days of canceling the contract and had only been using the service poorly for three days because it is an extremely slow 5G and because I frequently lost coverage. They denied me the refund, and to this day, I have not received my Vodafone SIM card, and these guys at GoMobile have already deactivated my service. Don't throw your money away, they are scammers. Poor coverage and poor service.
Absolutely disgraceful customer…
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Wanted to keep my old number but can't now because I can't receive a code as my old number is out. No way of receiving a code. Only with them 2 weeks and I will be changing providers again. Absolute joke.
Gomo has repeatedly sent my replacement…
Gomo has repeatedly sent my replacement SIM card to the wrong address despite me entering my new address and eircode. I have attempted to resolve this over chat several times but the agents either disconnect from me, give cheeky answers or fail to offer any solution. I’ve spent €10 already ordering the new SIM cards but each time they sent A Post the wrong address. I’m at my wit’s end! Avoid this provider at all costs!

Had my phone stolen then had issues with the new SIM. I have been with GoMo for a while and never had any reason to contact customer care before. I must say they were completely unhelpful, especially given the circumstances, border line rude and two different agents cut me off while I was typing a reply! Just awful to deal with, am now switching my provider and I don't care if it costs more.

Rebecca was hugely helpful and patient. I wanted to know if my RCS message had been sent to a US Number. We figured out that RCS is free as the other person may have an android phone. I turned off RCS to make sure that I was able to send the message, and was able to see from this that I had been charged so I know that the message has definately been sent.

Contacted GoMo as they had charged me for mms I had received. The agent replied saying I had sent the texts even though I attached an image proving that they were sent to me. Received no further correspondence.

Unpleasant customer service
I haven’t started using it yet because I’m still with my old company, and my current plan hasn’t expired. I want to swap my number once it does. However, they sent me a new SIM card with a new number and have already started charging me. I contacted customer service, but they just sent me a generic link with all the items.
Received my first bill for 29.08 and…
Received my first bill for 29.98 and there are two numbers on the bill. I transferred my existing three number and have only one line. Andrew( I’ve a feeling it is just a general name they use) was awful. Tried to convince me both numbers were mine and didn’t want to hear that I only one.
I have also just ordered a sim for my daughter which I am going to cancel and just wish that I opened the bill before doing so.
Fast, friendly and easy to follow
Just run out of normal service rates. Live chat with Rebecca - explained everything very clearly and extended my rates for the month ti allow me get some important calls made. Really efficient.
Ordered GoMo and after 9 days they…
Ordered GoMo and after 9 days they hadn't managed to get a SIM card to me, apparently this is my fault as even though they send it recorded delivery "how are we supposed to know". The CS agent was rude and then just cut off the chat, I escalated to the customer service manager and was just asked if I wanted to cancel. No saving is worth awful customer service, replacement SIM card in the bin.

Dear Gomo Customer Support,
I am writing to formally request the immediate cancellation of unauthorized charges being deducted from my account. I was a prepay customer with a plan of €14.99, but I have noticed that I am now being charged €29.90, even though I have not used your services for a long time.
Additionally, my account has already been deleted by your system, yet I continue to receive Direct Debit requests. I have previously contacted your support team asking to cancel these charges, but instead of resolving the issue, I am being asked to pay for a service I have not used.
This is completely unacceptable, and if this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to take further action. I will report this situation on Trustpilot to warn other potential customers, and if necessary, I will file a formal complaint and take legal action against your company.
I expect an immediate resolution and a confirmation that all charges have been canceled, along with a refund for any unauthorized payments taken from my account.
Please respond as soon as possible.
