After 6 months, I have a decided opinion that this service is raunchy. Telephony sounds like the first IP calls 20+ years ago. Most of the conversations were unintelligible and just made both parti... See more

Shocking experience to be honest
Shocking experience to be honest, cannot find a subscription that will auto take my payment , have to manually pay every month , and even then they cancelled my account even though I paid for a month , and it’s great that there’s someone to call when something happens👍👍 I don’t want to talk to a robot , cheers though … Stay away from gomo
Incredibly poor customer service
Incredibly poor customer service,
Overcharged me twice the monthly amount agreed for 6 months.
No one to make my case to, just bots that keep redirecting my questions to main page. So frustrating 😟
Constantly cant make calls
Constantly cant make calls, just a rubbish network
I have had zero issues with gomo
I have had zero issues with gomo, I made the mistake of switching away and within 4 days of the other networks awful coverage, lack of service , to no service , I instantly returned back to gomo, swear I'll never switch again, learned my lesson the hard way

They offfer VoLTE which is something other companies at this price range do not offer. I was with another network and when I was on a call, my data did not work. Searched around and found that GoMo do, and very happy with the price and ease of transfer from one network to the next.

I've been with them for years and have had no issues at home or roaming. Just did a speed test 44.4 Mbps DL and 9.05Mbps UL, that's in Ennis town.
Only leaving a review as I was looking up 48 mobile as I want to change for my work phone. I see that the reviews are mainly negative there also. Will give 48 a go.
Internet is only @3mbps
Internet is only @3mbps. Should be illegal to use that type of slow connection. And it is always slow

Five year's with GoMo and everything still perfect, never had a problem.
Avoid at all cost
Customer service is awful. I tried to cancel multiple times but you can't speak to anyone. They just go around in circles but there is no one you can speak to except over email. Now they have barred my number so I can leave.

Gomo was great for sometime but in the last 6 months myself and my friends have found the coverage shocking when I contacted gomo to be like why it could not be their fault it had to be mine I will be changing to a new network

Couldn't fault the quality of the service where I am with the exception of some recent outages. About 3 in 3 weeks. But that was the exception. I'm moving to the new Sky €15 for life deal from the GoMo €9.99 one. Principal reasons: actual unlimited data (not throttled to 1mb download after 120GB); 5G; and, the unlimited UK/EU roaming.
NOT SECURE …
Those people like myself who are happy to be paying €9.99 or €14 per month for GOMO will eventfully get a rude awaking when they realise what a budget service actually entails . THEY ARE NOT SECURE ! Someone hacked my account and managed to order a new sim to a different address . Luckily it was stopped by me after two days of trying to contact GOMO . We all use Banking etc on our phones so we need to think what the cost would be of using GOMO or other operators who do not operate proper security procedures and who provide hackers with easy access to your phone by supplying replacement sim cards without any proper scrutiny . To top it off they did not charge the hacker for his replacement sim but charged me €5 for the one i had to order to replace the hackers sim 😂, I will be moving elsewhere, BE WARNED !
Regret going to go mo
Moved one account to go mo and it was a reasonable service however unfortunately I moved a second account and it has been anything but satisfactory and the customer service has been bad and very rude. I will have no option but to move to a better service where staff can provide a service and not blame the customer for everything.
Chat support is unsuccessful
Chat support is unsuccessful, Sarah was the name of the agent and instead to help me se took it personally. Embarrassing the treatment of the customer service.
Thought I would give them a try
Thought I would give them a try, but I can't even get past the sign-up screen. I enter my card details and approve the payment in my banking app and then nothing. Customer service chat box just says closed for the weekend. I don't hold much hope for a technology company that can't even take an online card payment.
No customer service,
No customer service,no phone number to contact,no reply to emails. A chat bot on their website will guide you to buy what they are selling
Reliable Similar To Eir.
I was with Eircom then Eir earlier and moved to GoMo to reduce costs for my family of 4. We are on €9.99 package since launching and from day 1 I never had any kind of issues. Been to many parts of Europe MiddleEast & Asia never even a call drop for 4 of us. I agree there is no customer service phone number. But that's what you are paying a price of two coffees ☕️ per month folks.

Ye tock my shopping money and I tried to get it back but I am been egnored.I pressed the pay button twice because you gave me the idea the bill was not payed. I payed 39.99 twice.
Customer service is abasymal. The worst I've ever experienced.
Excellent value for money and for the vast majority of my time the service has been good.
Unfortunately when I have had issues and needed them resolved efficiently - you are met with the most brain-dead and incompetent clowns that have ever masqueraded as 'customer service'.
5 days no service now. Bill is paid.
It's a farce.
Very good customer service
Very good customer service, I had a problem, and they had it sorted in minutes, very helpful and no nonsense.
