Leigh and Peter give excellent customer service. Their advice and help is so professional. They are highly recommended. I have been a customer at Go Mobile, Totnes, for 20 years, and have always been impressed with the standard of service.

Tranfered my account at your Totnes branch,the service was brilliant, first class.I will recommend them when ever possible.

Both staff there at 3pm, 6/12/19 were wonderful. They explained everything thoroughly and gave me all the details needed, with excellent interpersonal skills and patience.

Big thank you to Nick at GoMobile in Frome, Somerset. Yesterday, Nick, and his colleague, Mark, went the extra mile for me, getting me set-up with a new mobile and a much better business tariff. There was no hard sell, and a real focus on what I need from my business mobile. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough, giving particular attention to the proper transfer of my 'old' phone records etc to the new mobile, and also making sure that I would have service continuity at the point of transfer. Nick double-checked the new tariff that will apply to me, and made several 'test' calls (email and text) to my new mobile to check that everything was working properly. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and Nick even telephoned me today, 24 hours later, just to check that my new mobile was fully operational. First class service. Thank you.

Paul was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
I was having problems getting my photos across to my new phone and he sorted it out, also ordered a new case and said I could trade in my old phone.
When our business phone's contracts come towards the end I will go to Paul at GoMobile Driffield as I was so impressed with the service.

Used Go Mobile by accident over 4yrs ago, wouldn't go anywhere else now. The service is brilliant, Olie was outstanding. Considering i had to go bck in more than once because i couldn't work out some areas of the phone he took time and trouble to show me, nothing was too much trouble. No hard sell, i got exactly what i had asked for in a phone. Lovely lad!

Sorry for delay, Id mislaid the business card and only just found it again. Ive been going to my local branch of Go Mobile for years, they are always approachable and happy to help which is more than can be said for other stores Iv been to in years gone by, they are able to answer any questions I have at the time and if I have any queries at a later date I can go in again and they will happily answer and help as they can.
