Just found GoMore on web, in a hurry checking quick, easy car renting around Stockholm and WOW! Very nice car owner, very calm and helpful customer service personel from GoMore helping us with my own mistake during registration was extremely exceptional. Keep it up guys.

Highly recommended
Would recommend this service if you want to rent out your car. The support team is great if there is any technical problems or other issues. Most people who rent are very nive and leave the car clean. Great way to earn a few extra bucks!

I had some questions and sent an email. In a short time I was contacted by one of their staff, Hugo.
Hugo not only answered my questions but also gave me tips to increase my car's chances of getting hired.
Within an hour I had my first "customer" :) Thanks Hugo and thanks GoMore!
I can warmly recommend GoMore!

Bizarre and unfriendly policies for lessees. Never recommend GoMore
Surprisingly there are lot of room for improvement for such a famous system operating in multiple countries. There're basic issues on extra kilometers, fueling, insurance, etc which doesn't have fair policy to support lessees. When reported also there wasn't any responsible answer and even there was no acknowledgement when I'd reported the issue over support mail. I've lost more than 500 SEK for a one day booking. Luckily I'd a friendly car owner who supported me. I'm sure I will never use gomore unless they fix those basic issues. Note: if you buy extra kilometers and under-utilise them then, gomore doesn't refund the unused kilometers but if you use more than the kilometers booked you've to pay for even 1km. Very bad policy and I'm not sure how many had lost their money like me and surprised that not much voice around the similar issues.

Thank you for your feedback and as discussed earlier with you, we are sorry to hear that you've missed some information before your rental reg. refund of not used kilometers.
As described, the cost for extra kilometers belongs to the owner, who has accepted the rental and its income under its circumstances including all additions, such as extra km. If an owner accept a rental and booking, he/she expects the fully amount of payment and income, promised to him at acceptance of the booking. As our terms describes (5.3, https://gomore.se/rental/terms) we can not therefore be held responsible for any refund, since the payment of kilometers has been paid out to the owner. Our terms are there to help you and also something that you have confirmed you've read, before you continue with the booking.
In these types of situations, we always suggest the users to talk to each other to see if the owner accepts any refund for kilometers not used. Which it seems to that you've done.
The general rule for all add-ons to a booking is that if you secure a booking including additions that are suitable for you at the booking point they can not be refunded if not used within the booking, such as extra kilometers, driving abroad, extra driver, etc.
For these types of miss-understandings we always try to meet a user to suggest a compensation we can give, such as discount on future rentals which has been activated on your account.
