BEWARE: I am an Overseas Pakistani who trusted Samar Gondal 4 years ago to buy a file in the General Block. Back then, he promised full support, but it was all a trap for commission.
​Now that I have paid 100% of the cost of land, he has completely ghosted me. He ignores every message and call. These people are "beggars" for commission who play with our lives and hard-earned money just to fill their own stomachs. Once they get their cut, they disappear.
​Do not trust Samar Gondal or this group. They only want to trap you into buying more; they have zero ethics or after-sales service. Overseas investors, stay away!
