My wife bought a kettle for £3 via a FB ad. It never arrived, she got one email from Goneplus saying welcome but never gave it another thought. This was in February this year. They have been taking 24.99 every 2 weeks since and upped it to 29.99 start of October.£ 547 quid in total. Goneplus say that the email address is not registered with them so they can't do anything. Bank not helping either. Shocking company ripping people off. They have no right to do this, I've read their terms and conditions, nothing about amount or frequency of subscription fees. My wife has never logged in and never received any confirmation of purchase.

A complete scam company

A complete scam company. They signed up my wife (without her approval) for a "FREE" 7 day subscription and then one month later took £49.99 out of our account. Had to cancel my credit card in order to ensure they don't do it again next month. Not sure yet if the payment will go through but it's a fraudulent practice and after they give you the "FREE" 7 day subscription it is up to you to cancel otherwise they say they can take another payment from you. Must surely be illegal. Just don't buy from them. You have been warned.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - SCAM

I placed an order and my payment was taken for this product.
I then saw I had been subscribed to a 3 day trial so canceled the trial prior to the end of the 3 days, but when I have chased the order they are saying

"Based on our records, your email address registered for a 3-day trial on 2024-02-02 for USD 6.99, which gives you exclusive access to our discounted electronic devices on our website."
"Please be informed that no order has been placed. The payment is solely for a membership."

When I called them out for false advertising and it being a scam I received this

"Please know that we do not have access to your personal information unless you registered for an account and used it to avail our services. The IP address of the transaction serves as proof that it was performed manually."

Complete Scam -

I never even visited this site yet was subscribed. As I hadn’t subscribed I was not aware of the ‘3 day trial’ and was charged a further £24.99. When I spoke to them they wouldn’t refund the money and assured me I had subscribed. Not helpful at all and quite curt with their response

Won't be using again!

Ordered something 8th January still awaiting the order, also noticed they had taken a membership fee from me, without my authorisation I wasn't happy. Still not satisfied as I'm still waiting for my placed order. They have debited my account yet STILL not received the product!
