Great Device, shame about the support
In an effort to prevent missing deliveries I invested in a smart delivery box from Go nok nok. The features are great with its own app, two way microphone and video camera that detects people approaching your door. It's easy to install with clear instructions and the equipment to fix it to the wall.
At first i thought it's build qaulity seemed a bit flimsy but in retrospect it is perfect.
All in all the smart box is brilliant.
The customer service is another thing. After installing the box to my network the next day I was unable to connect to the box and as so missed a delivery. When I contacted customer services I was talked through a reset process, that I had already done myself twice, and as I was getting frustrated by the lack of a remedy to the problem I was spoken to like a child. I was then blocked on the Go nok nok Facebook page and messenger, these both being ways to get assistance. As a result I cancelled my subscription.
After managing to connect with Go nok nok on WhatsApp I received an email from the CEO asking if I could pass on my phone number so he could discuss my treatment. I didn't pass on my number, for personal reasons, but responded with an email. Unfortunately I didn't get a response.
Suggestion: I would be great if in the future Go nok nok could work on Alexa/ Google.
I would recommend the product but hope you don't have any problems
