I trust your company to make my holiday deliveries every year to my husbands aunt. We are in the US and she is in Canada. We are not able to venture north during the winter season due to the unpredictable weather along the northern corridor for driving. You help us to let her know we are thinking of her.

I wanted to warn everyone about my recent experience with Good 4 You Gift Baskets (good4yougiftbaskets.ca). I’ve had two issues that make me seriously regret using them.
Issue 1: Blatant Bait-and-Switch
I ordered a Princely Gourmet Party Platter for a family member as Christmas gift primarily because it advertised extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. When it arrived, the extra virgin olive oil was replaced by a jar of olives and the balsamic vinegar was replaced by vegetable antipasto. To add insult to injury, they replaced the pistachios I added to my order with cheap peanuts without any warning. It feels like they lure you in with premium "hero" items and then ship out a box of grocery-store filler.
Issue 2: The "Gift Anxiety" Factor
What’s worse is that I also ordered a different basket for a friend. Now I’m stuck in this awkward position of worrying if they’re going to receive a box of cheap, substituted wine and snacks instead of the quality gift I paid for. I shouldn't have to feel embarrassed about a gift I sent, but given what I received, I’m terrified it looks like I cheaped out on them.

Customization of the extras items added to the basket - allowed me to make an ordinary fruit basket - extraordinary and perfect for the recipient. Items very fresh and delivered on time. They loved it. Thank you!

Daughter recieved basket, it was filled with Walmart's Great Value brand products. Sender was extremely embarrassed when they saw basket. Had paid a lot of money for items that you can buy at any Walmart.
“This company is terrible to deal with , avoid if you can. My brother ordered a gift basket which contained many things including grapes, orchids, balloon and sparkling wine . Basket was ordered on 12 Dec and was confirmed to arrive on 14 Dec but arrived on 16Dec. The basket was delivered in big box, grapes are rotten, orchid is old , and balloon deflated . When trying to reach customer service and sending photos they want to refund 50% grapes as the customer should have asked for 1 business day delivery which actually was supposed happened but it didn’t. I guess they don’t take responsibility for what companies they offer for delivery nor they ask anyone to have 1 business day delivery when ordering and gift basket has perishable food included. What a joke! Prices are not worth it. Suggest to give your money to company which deserves it. They offered $6 refund for rotten grapes
Horrifying. I ordered a very fancy box of strawberries, that some were plain, others covered in nuts and chocolate. What was delivered to our client was an old, stale, clearance rack box of chocolates. Embarrasing for our company for our client to receive this. Absolutely not worth $76!! They swapped it out, siting an obscure policy that they "can." Without letting me know or allowing me to have a say so. Customer service was abrasive and unhelpful. I believe now this is their business - get your money for one item and swap it out for clearance walgreens candy, keep the profit.
The customer service here was awful. I tried to order a gift basket for same-day delivery, and the messaging on the website was contradictory. When I asked for help, Regina, the customer service representative, who reached out to me, was very perfunctory and rude. I do not recommend this business at all.
Do not use this company. Their website looked great but the delivery was horrendous. Of the items I purchased the cupcakes were smashed and sideways so icing ruined, the chocolate cake was destroyed, the strawberries were rotten and the pot for the plant was broken. The box was not prepared for perishable items. When I complained they said I should have read the T&Cs which said that the items should be requested to be delivered within 24 hours and that they don't guarantee perishable items. They offered to give me 50% back only on the cake and strawberries as they said the cupcakes (which were trashed) looked edible still. But certainly not presentable for a 50th birthday party. Ridiculous. This company should be shut down and probably doesn't have Health & Safety standards or certifications.
I ordered a $300 gift basket for a coworker who lost his wife. It arrived with brown bananas, dents in the fruit, I ordered 2 German beers to represent our German coworkers ($54): Schnitzerbrau Gluten Free and Warsteiner Premium Verum and I received Oktoberfest instead. I ordered Gentleman's Jack for $60 and it was not in the basket, so was Chocolate Bark, Chocolate Dipped Potato Chips, Chocolate Dipped Fruit, Truffles in a Box, Cookies, Hummus, Nuts, and a beer cheese. So I tried to call customer service immediately and no one is available and I had to leave a message. This was supposed to be delivered tonight. I wish I read reviews sooner
I ordered the Golden Pear Basket as a present for my daughter at Brown University. After a few days, I ask if she liked it. She reported that 2 apples were rotten and had to be thrown away, and one she partially ate around the spoiling bit. Was this a joke? I politely contact customer service after I received the reminder to do a review. And I am doubly appalled at the reaction. No atonement as it is beyond 24 hours that I made a complaint.
Very poor reaction. The fact that I complained after 24 hours does not take away from the fact that rotten apples were sent and not pears as is advertised on the website. DO NOT BUY FROM GOOD4YOU. It is NOT good for you! I was wanting to support a small business near Brown Univ., but that proved to be a futile attempt. Order from reliable stores. Good4yougiftbaskets is not one of them.
I ordered for next-day delivery. It arrived 12 days later and had fresh fruit which perished by the time it arrived. Not only did my order arrive 12 days late, the support I was given was terrible. The response I received from the team 3 days after my initial 2-day delay enquiry was "here's a link to track your order". The link didn't work. After waiting a week I asked for a refund as it had still not arrived. I have yet to receive a reply. Don't order from here. Or at least don't order fresh fruit that will perish on arrival.
Order still not dispatched after a few days, even though they announced next day delivery on their website
HORRIBLE PEOPLE. Don’t deliver on time. Sent a completely different item than what was ordered, 1% of its monetary value. Won’t refund. Everything was perished.
States in the fine print that they can substitute what you ordered at will. So if you spend 200$, they will send something worth 2$ because they can
AVOID, DON'T BUY FROM THEM - I disapprove and don't recommend this service and business. Their delivery was a week late making me miss an imporant event and the hamper products were perished upon arrival. I received NO answers to ANY of my emails and enquires. ALso I forgot to say that what they sent was NOT what I ordered. I even called and a voice mail answered. This is a scam. Terrible customer service on top of this. Really disappointed.
Placed an order for my brothers’birthday; the package did not show up. Keep asking for cancellation and refund. Nobody answers my emails or live chat messages. Dont recommend
