Not impressed 🤨

I ordered the 2x 20% oil on 26th September. The delivery company said they were going to deliver it on the Thursday. They said they tried to but no one was home. My husband was home all day as he works from home. So I arranged a redelivery but it never arrived. It has now been sent back to Goodbody I presume. I’m waiting a refund.
When I contacted Goodbody they were very blasé about it.
Not impressed at all. I’ve ordered from many CBD companies and never ever had this experience. I spend a lot of money on CBD as I rely on it to sleep.
This is no joke for me -so not receiving my package was very inconvenient and cost me a sleepless night while I panic ordered on Amazon.
If you are serious about CBD and use it for sleep / pain / anxiety. Don’t order from Goodbody.

We apologise for the issues that came about from the courier company that we use for our deliveries, and the distress that this situation may have caused you. Needless to say we have been fully investigating what the cause of the issues could have been, and why for both arranged deliveries the couriers reported to us that there wasn't anyone available to receive the parcel.

Currently your parcel is still in the process of being returned to us by the courier company, and of course we will issue a refund when the parcel is delivered to us. Highly recommended

This was my first purchase from Goodbody and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order arrived and how easy it was to do. Will be ordering more things in the future.

Products received promptly

Products received promptly. I haven't tried this new look CBD peppermint oil before so I do hope it's as good as the previous one.
The balm doesn't have the lovely smell of the Ease balm I had previously but hope it's just as effective.

I still haven’t received my order over…

Did have a delay in receiving my order however I did receive it eventually and they said I can keep the first one they sent if it gets here.

Very Disapointed

I am very disapointed with product, Two star only for quick reply from customer care team
I have trusted them and they have sent out of date product and when i emailed them the picture and proof they have only replaced one product.
I neede this product to take it abroad to my mom but they have ruined my plans with out of date product
The company is not trust worthy at all.

I am so sorry that you received a short shelf life product (Exp. 07/2021). There was only one item on your order that was affected and we replaced that for you immediately. We do not understand why you were expecting replacements for the other items which had full shelf life?
