Just looked up my car because I wanted to get my repair and service history. When I looked it up there was no services or repairs reported since I bought it and there also isn't any record of how many miles I driven since the report says there's 119k miles on the car, but it currently has 215k. I know not all car repair shops report to these agencies, but I almost exclusively got my repairs and services done at Mavis, who reports to these agencies. I'm very disappointed with my experience

Not sure if I would find a used SUV right away, or if it would take weeks maybe longer..I was ready to buy but not desperate. The good reviews of Good Car and the 7 day trial was a no- brainer. Turns out the information I received from Good Car allowed me to make a decision in the first 4 days. NOW...where Good Car earned my appreciation, and future recommendations. I didn't get to cancel the 7 day trial before the 7 day trial expired. $29.00 got taken from my bank account as the plan was supposed to. I called Customer Service explained a cell phone issue on my end and Good Car promptly gave me a refund
No hassle, just friendly helpful Customer service. Thank you Good Car. Good information and great service. UPDATE: I just received a response from Good Car. The response was appreciative and focused on what I said, and showed me that Good Car actively pays attention to reviews..... not merely sending pre-written automatic and rather meaningless canned responses. Good for you Good Car.

Unauthorised subscription charges, Paid $1.95 was later charged $29.95 for 4 months, refused a refund and had to contact support, credit card fraud site. do not enter your credit card details on this site. no mention of subscription on checkout, MRR Fraud.

This is a bait-and-switch. It clearly says FREE VEHICLE REPORT and FREE VIN NUMBER CHECK, but you enter the VIN number and you have to pay to see anything. I don't even care how good their service may be, once they do a bait-and-switch like that they are a scam company as far as I'm concerned.
