Charlie - Amazing Pup
Charlie (aka - Rocket) is a very sweet, rough and tumble, French Bulldog, with a great personality. It is apparent that he was loved in his home and was being socialized which is extremely important in raising dogs. The breeder was very accommodating in meeting us to pick up our newest member. I had trust in the experience via a third party.
Everything you need in one place!
Good Dog made finding our new pup a breeze. Our breeder was fantastic and communication was clear and timely. We just picked up our sweet girl a day ago and she is already so well loved.
I Was Scammed by a Negligent, Unethical Breeder
I contacted Good Dog in regard to opening a case against a breeder that I found through Good Dog. I contacted the Good Dog support team to report the problem. They sent me an interactive form to fill out along with detailed instructions about the correct procedures to follow and documents to include in my claim. Jenny Forth, owner of World Class Class Cavaliers in Hollywood, Florida, offered me a voluntary refund when I contacted her through the Good Dog website to inform her that I had opened an investigation with Good Dog. This offer was a complete reversal from her previous attitude. It is now March 21 and I have been arguing back and forth with her since November 26. When I emailed her through the Good Dog website to inform her I would be sending a complete file of my puppy's medical records (this action is required by Good Dog, one copy for the investigation team and one copy for the breeder) she did a complete turn around. Once the refund was initiated, the investigation was halted. In my opinion, I think her sudden cooperation after so many months of stubborness indicates she is hiding something that she doesn't want the investigators to know about. They can't prosecute her legally, but they can ban her from selling through their site. She required me to sign a contract agreeing to remove a scathing Yelp review I posted about her before she would issue the refund. (This is not Good Dog's policy.) I didn't think that was fair, but I signed just because I needed the refund. I still would not trust her or recommend her. I purchased two purebred Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies from her on November 18, 2025. They are litter mates. Both were born September 10, 2025. I noticed a week after bringing them home that one of the puppies was wheezing and coughing. She seemed to have trouble breathing. I contacted Jenny to ask if this was normal. Should I take her to the vet? Jenny brushed it off and told me not to worry about it. I told her I saw blood in the puppy's stool. She wasn't concerned about that either. I took my puppy to an urgent care vet on November 26 and was then referred to a 24 hour emergency vet and rushed there the same night. My puppy was diagnosed with pneumonia. Nothing to worry about, right? I contacted Jenny while I was on the way to the urgent care vet. She told me not to trust the vet's recommendation for antibiotics. She told me what the vet should prescribe. Not because of allergies or negative reactions or anything like that. She just said she knew what worked and what didn't. When I told the vet what she said, he asked if I really trusted her advice, given the fact that she didn't think the puppy was sick in the first place. I thought he had a valid point. If I had followed her advice, my puppy would have died. I could not submit a claim to my pet insurance provider because the policy was not active yet. I was still in the waiting period. I contacted Jenny to ask if she would reimburse me for some of the cost of the vet bills, since the puppy was obviously already sick when I got her. She took no responsibility, offered no compensation, and showed no sympathy. She said she didn't cover medical expenses. That was in the contract I signed. (I would not have signed had I known.) She seemed to have missed the whole point, that it was her responsibility to make sure the puppy was healthy before she rehomed her, especially before any money changed hands. I told her that since she didn't cooperate with me, I would be contacting Good Dog. In response, she offered to board my puppies for free, or sell me another one at a discount. I was outraged at the combination of ignorance, arrogance, and downright stupidity she displayed. Since then, my puppy has been hospitalized twice. She is now an outpatient on antibiotics. Her diagnostic tests, x-rays, hospitalizations, and treatments have cost thousands. The refund I received was not enough to make a dent in the bills. She tested positive for Bordatella, Coccicidia, and Giardia after the breeder (Jenny Forth) said she was vaccinated and dewormed. One of the vets who treated her said she was sure she was already sick when I got her. She wasn't sure she would make it. Fortunately, she did. I am still paying the debt. Jenny Forth is still allowed to sell puppies through the Good Dog website. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do to stop her. I have heard from one other person who is seriously considering a lawsuit against her after having a very similar bad experience with TWO sick puppies he purchased from her. (NOT through Good Dog.) I am sorry to say I cannot recommend Good Dog as a platform, since I don't think the Good Dog team makes enough effort to screen the breeders to ensure they adhere to ethical standards.

Good Dog is Stellar!
It was a pleasant and smooth process from start to finish! We were connected with the most amazing and professional breeder who we interacted with in the process of finding our furrever friend and new family member. Good Dog ensured us we wouldnt be scammed, and they're criteria for breeders put us at ease with the professional practices. We are so grateful to Good Dog, we love our furry baby!
Great experience
Great experience. Stephanie Hanson, the breeder, was very professional and and an effective communicator. We live in Eugene and made the trip to Rainier, staying in Yelm, for the selection process. A few weeks later, Stephanie and her husband met us in the Portland-Vancouver area to pick up the pup. Very gracious of them to meet us halfway.

Trustworthy
My experience buying a dog off Good Dog turned out to be a perfect transaction. The owner communicated well…the dog was as advertised…and it was easy to navigate through the Good
Dog process. I was hesitant at first…wasn’t sure if it was a scam etc…but i have my new dog and everything went great.
When looking for a high-end pup
When looking for a high-end pup, my family and I turned to Good Dog. The platform makes it easy to search by breed, price, and location, similar to shopping for a house or vehicle. You can also rest assured that breeders are vetted and reviewed by customers who have previously purchased their pups, and that Good Dog offers a money-back guarantee (additional fees do apply) for added peace of mind. I highly recommend Good Dog if you and your family are searching for a new companion!
Gooddog is an exceptional platform.
Gooddog has been pivotal in helping to grow and expand my program. Their support team is truly exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with the platform, customer service, ease of payouts, etc. My buyers really love it as well.
Talk about easy!
Talk about easy!! Good Dog makes it so easy to find your new forever furbaby. GD screens all breeders and require health testing. They do all the work so you don't have to. It's a win, win!!
Best puppy ever!
Everything from beginning to end was smooth, clean, clear, honest and my puppy is everything i could hope for.
Breeders NOT Vetted, received a sick dog
Received a puppy that was malnourished and infected with hookworms, despite being provided “proof of deworming”. I spent the entire first week with this puppy terrified that he was going to die. My vet said there is no way this breeder is reputable, yet she is on Good Dog. Still not fully healthy.

My Story with Kallie
After losing my dogs, labradoodle 16 yrs old and aussie/corgi 13 yrs old, the time has come to fill the emptiness. Searching through the internet, I came across "Good Dog". As I searched through the very extensive website, I found this little 4 wk old female Corgi. What a sweetie. Yep, she was the one! I contacted the breeder, Corinthea Pangelinan. She responded immediately and so friendly and helpful. She has answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. She has sent me videos of Kallie on a regular basis, which have really helped me through the waiting period. If it weren't for Corinthea, I wouldn't have made it through the process. Corinthea, you are amazing!!!
New puppy
I was nervous about finding a puppy this way but it was a great experience. The breeder was wonderful to work with.
Great experience!
Alyssa at Shotgun pups was great to work with from start to finish! She answered all my questions promptly, gave updates until pickup time. She had all the supplies and paperwork organized and ready, and our puppy is wonderful! You can tell she takes pride in caring for her pups. We love our new little baby!
The payment process was secure going through Good Dog and liked not having to exchange in person for safety.
