Suggestion for improvement: Include the name of the company in subject lines
The process went smoothly and I experienced no difficulties. However, with all the spam emails I get trying to retrieve personal information, it would be helpful if the communications contained the name of the company they are for in the subject so they don't blend in with scammers.
