Great Customer Service Experience
I have a long history of plantar fasciitis and on an especially bad day, I decided to limp into The Good Feet Store and check them out. I knew I probably needed a fresh set of shoes and orthotics, but wasn’t sure exactly what to expect.
Ben immediately greeted us and led me through the process of scanning and measuring my feet. He took time explaining all the details of their 3 step orthotic system. We did several rounds of demos and fittings so I could immediately feel how the new orthotics were improving my alignment and relieving my pain. Mind you, I already wear Hoka shoes with custom orthotics (from a different provider). I was shocked how dramatic the difference was immediately. Ben was also careful to explain the adjustment period as my feet get used to this new system and what progress to expect. It sounds like they follow up with their customers and stand by their products for life. Custom orthotics can be really expensive so it’s nice to know they stand by their products to make sure you are getting your money’s worth.
Also, be sure to try the foot massager! We brought one home. That alone was worth the trip. It feels sooooo good.
