Be aware

Be aware: Don't fall for there sale pitch. When I got to the store, the sale lady came up to me and started agreeing with my situation. I was desperate to get some pain relief. So I purchased the 3 in soles. Now I'm in more pain than before. My foot and legs hurt really bad. I don't recommend this to anyone.

Make sure you do alot of research on them. I seen so more bad reviews than good reviews. That was my mistake, now I'm stuck with a big bill. I even saw a review of a man that went back 20 years to get new insoles and they told him he needed to pay more money but they tell you it has lifetime warranty. Shame on them. Remember that they are not doctors or medical staff.

I hope there is a class action lawsuit against this company. I should call my local news people to do a research on my they are scamming people like this.

I called them up and asked how much the insoles were. Instead of answering my question the woman went into a long spiel. I new right then they were con jobs. I finally interrupted her and said how much she replied $1700. I was born on a Sunday but not last Sunday They are out of their minds

Do Not Fall For the Sales Pitch! Not Worth it!

The insoles are not worth one one hundredth of what they cost! I feel very foolish for spending the money on them. I was desperate to get some pain relief from my back and knee pain so I swallowed hard and purchased them. The cost was a huge red flag but the no refund for any reason should’ve stopped me immediately. Please don’t fall for this! It’s been a year and I’m still struggling from the financial set back.

Ridículos price- but they work

I went a year ago after suffering plantar fasciitis pain for about 8 years. I had tried everything to fix the pain from therapy to steroid shots in my ankle, to various inserts. Nothing worked .

I thought the price was ridiculous and the product did not appear any different than the much cheaper inserts I had tried.

After putting in the 1000 dollar pieces of plastic, it took about a month before the pain went away. Now, 14 months later, I have lived through one year without fasciitis pain.

As an experiment, I quit wearing them for a week. The pain started returning. I tried to run with them in, the pain started returning.

But, if I wear them every day and don’t run, I live pain free. That’s a lot better than the previous decade.

For that reason alone- 5 stars and I will return when ever the current inserts quit working.

How can this be legal !

We were coned !! Interesting they have carpet which is padded ! Coercion tactics
I realized it only after we left with shoes too wide and way too big … and a box full of inserts that just happen I just happen too need all the basic 3 they had printed . He said

My husband wanted to help me and thought it a good surprise.
After an accident where I broken both legs have titanium in my legs - knees shattered -
Oh - he sold me that size because that’s all they had in the back … no wonder … but when your being conned they make you feel wrong to question and when conned you usually realize it later after the con !
In a shock they charged us thousands of dollars through a loan kinda thing which we have no receipt .

After I wore those and followed directions. For a 1.5 days .

My knee was swollen my angles were swollen, broken blood vessels and it took my pain to an off the charts level - I couldn’t walk for days afterward .
Are they not responsible at all ?!

How can they sleep at night !
No returns policy ever and at all

They highlighted that sales all sales were final ! But he didn’t show us or explain .

After the accident … I feel my husband was taken advantage of out of his love for me!
We are in tight financial situation because of the accident . I’m just so outraged that they are in business !!
I hope someone reads this before going into these stores !

I don’t know how this is legal !!

The good feet store is Fraud

A fraud business like this should be shutdown, how do they still exist after I read all these reviews about them swindling everyone who enter The Good Feet Store $2000+ for foot inserts that actually harm your feet as they are not customized to your feet but they charge hundreds of dollars with no option to get your money back if they don’t work for you. I hope there is a class action lawsuit against this company. They swindled me and told me get store credit for stuff that doesn’t work for me. They should be punished let’s spread the word and kill this business. I had to go to emergency room after using their inserts.

Slick and manipulative sales tactics

If you want to speak with a medical professional or expert, don't come here. If you want to speak with a slick salesperson, this is the place for you! Right when you walk in the door, ask how much the orthotics will cost. When they skirt around answering the question, that's your answer. Also, they do NOT sell custom orthotics. They will use EVERY trick in the book to get you to spend thousands of dollars on something that should cost you hundreds. Do not fall for their Manipulative tactics. They will even argue with you and try to make you feel stupid when you say you want to shop around or talk to your doctor.

The sales people are like Time Share salesmen

The sales people are like Time Share sales people. They are very good at closing the sale. Price for all was over $1700. My jaw dropped. Price for 1 set was $589 and for some reason I felt compelled to try them since my foot hurts everyday. The inserts do not seem to help much. When I asked about returning them I was told it would take 2-3 times trying different versions before they would start a return. The closest store is 45 minutes from me and I do not get that way often. You can buy close to the same items on Amazon for $70. Even used ones are under $100

Run don't walk as fast as you can ...

away from this store in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Not worth the money at all. No refund policy and my feet have only gotten worse since wearing these arch supports. I can't take one step without pain shooting thru my right ankle. The shoes they fit me for are to big and my foot slides around in them. Also the arch supports are way to small for the shoes. All round bad experience. Will never go back.

Good Feet

Glorified shoe salesman wanted me to spend $1500 for the “system” and when I settled for the arch supports (which of course needed a special shoe) at $700 he rapidly dismissed me for the next victim.

This company is about as shady as it gets. If you want to get some off the shelf, hard plastic arch supports, this is the place to go. Don't forget the almost $1600 it will cost you for 3 pairs. Plus they will NEVER mention that you will never be refunded. Even if you are in extreme pain after 2 days. Also, keep in mind that they do not employ any doctors or medical staff of any kind.

PISSED CUSTOMER

The Good Feet Store can help by being good and transparent. Remember the customer comes first. I bought sneakers at $150.00 but later found out upon getting them home that my toe had no room at the tip of the toe box. Upon returning them to another Good Feet Store, I was told that they were measured incorrectly. They would not return them. Not the policy they said. They should not sell shoes, if you cannot return them. Not a fan at all. I now need to use the credit and they wont evem ship them from one store to another. I need to drive an hour away if I don't want to waste the purchase. Ridiculous. Buyer beware.

I have found these a great purchase

Well, I appear to be in the minority. I bought a a pair of these insoles on a Cunard cruise several years ago. I thought the price was very high $200 and thought they might be a waste. Well, here we are several years later. They work fine for me and are far superior to the insoles that have a fixed profile. I suffer from over-pronation. I'm still wearing that original pair I purchased on Cunard which attests to the material quality. I would buy them again.
