Complete scam

Complete scam, canceled an order, they then claimed it was already dispatched. I never received it but they're still trying to charge me. Been over a year of threatening letters debt companies threatening court being ignored by customer service and Ai calls . Do buy anything from here.

I ordered a delivery and a subscription from them by a mistake, but I sent them an email and asked to cancel it, they answered right the next day and canceled it without any problems, so that is very professional 👏🏼

I made the order 1st September and…

I made the order 1st September and today is 22nd and I still did not receive anything. Not even a tracking number. They promised me a free of charge gift and until now nothing. Very disappointing.

Not s serious company

You can provide a button for changing the language. In any case I wanted one order and started receiving the packages I couldn‘t even relate to any company as there was no company name on the package. There wss no possibility to refuse the reciept. The last one I recieved I sent back back to a Posfach in Germany. It took me a while to track done who the company was and to try to cancel the abo I didn‘t want.

SCAMMERS!

This company is nothing but a gang of thieves and scammers!! I ordered a product that never arrived, yet they continue to charge me as if I’m subscribed to something I never agreed to. I have emailed them multiple times to cancel any so-called “subscription,” but they completely ignore my requests and keep sending me invoices.
This is fraud, plain and simple. They take your money, deliver nothing, and then harass you with ongoing charges. It’s a disgusting way to operate, and no honest company would treat customers this way.
Stay far away!!! I will be escalating this to my bank and reporting them to authorities.

When you ordered, you were informed at each step of the ordering process that it is a subscription.
It says ‘Subscription without obligation’ on the selection.
Then in the ‘checkout’ it says ‘This starts a subscription’ and then in the purchase conditions that you have ticked to have read and accepted and finally in the order confirmation you received.
Includes screenshots of what the checkout looked like before and what it looks like today.

Scammers

Yep. Agree with the reviewer who said they’d love to give 0 stars. These guys are absolutely scammers or downright thieves, actually. I ordered 1 x half price tub in July which never arrived. I didn’t think anything about it and as I’d done it via a Facebook ad, thought perhaps I hadn’t actually ordered the item after all. I never got a confirmation of dispatch etc or any product. Just short of 1 month before the date of my original order I had £119 deducted from my PayPal account and a confirmation email that 4 bottles of the product had been dispatched. I received 1!!!!
There’s literally no clue you’re signing up for a subscription when you order. Deliberately misleading and no wonder they are able to swindle people so easily!

Tried last month to cancel my order & this month as not working at present time. It's a lot of money I can't afford. And now have to pay to send the tabs back. I wish could continue using them they have helped. And in future might. But not happy about the outcome at present.

What a rip off this company is I bought…

What a rip off this company is I bought the tanning pills firstly they don’t work but secondly unbeknown to be I didn’t untick the subscription box so in total I’ve paid £14:99 for the pills plus £59 for a subscription I’ve been emailing once I realised what had happened & as someone else said quite polite response but absolutely no solution terrible customer service

Developed in Norway made in China and would have been cheaper to buy a holiday in the Caribbean!!
The previous reviews essentially sum up my poor experience with this company
They passed on my details to a German Debt collector (Debtist) without any pre reminders or opportunity to pay outstanding invoices after I unwittingly clicked onto a subscription without realising.
So I have been chased by this Debt collector for firstly £273.88 for 2 outstanding invoices which I never received but the company still sent a further supply and this time for £181.65
I would avoid this at all costs and book yourself a nice little holiday instead!
I will be seeking legal advice as I am very dubious about this company's practices.
