I loved the names on these so today I used romance smell like clove, and leaves a nasty red rusty the bar shrank by 1/2 for the price not worth it would not buy again

Love these guys so much! Ordered so much from them over several years and the quality is always out of this world. The few times I ever have had trouble, I would reach out to their customer service and wow are they the nicest most accommodating people I've ever met in my life!

took a chance and ordered a double dip mystery bag. I got the most beautiful black lace dress and a gorguous black blouse with long sleeves that lace up. Couldnt be happier!

I have been dreaming of this green dress ever since I saw it on their site. When I finally had the money, $89.95, I purchased my dress, when it finally came, it was made of some cheapish stretchy fabric that does NOT look good a person with a few extra pounds in the middle, I was so sad about having to return it, but return it I did. I was excepting to get my money back as the dress is in new condition and resaleable. I informed them that there was no other items I was even thinking about buying from them, not that I know how they "really" fit a person of size. The only e-mail I have received back from them says I have a credit of $89.95 waiting for me.

I have mailed them 4 times now and even filed a complainant with the Better Business Bureau, which they have not answered either. I want my money back, and they think that if they just don't answer your e-mails you'll go away.

Ordered some shoes a few years ago and had horrible customer service. never got around to reviewing them until now. ordered a pair of nice heels and when i got them there was what looked like white paint on the bottom and they were the wrong size. my mother and i got ahold of the company and at first they fought that it was indeed the wrong size, then had us send them back. then they refused a refund at first because there was white paint on them (which is how i had gotten them) and supposedly pet hair all over them. mind you, when i tried them on i did it on a clean hardwood floor and immediately re-boxed them as they did not fit. still havent bought anything since, and i have also read some pretty bad reviews on them as well. cute clothes and shoes, but terrible customer service.
