The products are really top quality and the service and delivery of the products was quick and efficient.
I also spoke to one of the team at Good Hemp and they were very helpful and so lovely to speak to. I would really recommend buying hemp products from this company.

I ordered Hemp Seed Milk on March 8th, payment was taken immediately and an automated email sent to say my order was being processed. Having received nothing by April, I emailed, to get no response; telephoned, to be told there was an issue with production delay, but with no indication as to when that was likely to be resolved; I wrote to the company requesting a refund in June, have received no response, acknowledgement or refund. I think this is extremely poor customer service.

Great product but not a great company to try and communicate with.
I’m unsure if their company has gone bust - they say not - that it’s just a ‘supply’ issue. But they’ve taken payment for an order weeks ago and can’t say when it will be delivered. No other shops sell it anymore either, seems very strange to me.
I’ve emailed twice to ask for an update with no reply and have also messaged via social media with no reply.

The hemp milk itself is great and we'll be buying it again as soon as possible. However, Good Hemp have had supply chain problems with their importer / packager and cannot guarantee a delivery time. This of itself would be understandable: what was problematic is that there has been no communication about this until I chased the matter up with a phone call. The payment was taken at the time of order, but nobody bothered to let us know there was no planned delivery date.

Product (Good Hemp Milk) is out of stock, this was not made clear on website.
There has been no email confirmation of order or information when delivery might happen.
Staff responding to phone calls have been friendly and given some explanation, however this has not been followed by email to confirm the order or provide delivery information.

Sadly, I still haven't received my order. Despite good communication from Good Hemp
