Currently finding it very hard to purchase this product, as the main supermarkets have stopped selling 'Good Hemp' milk!
(Have tried Sainsburys, Morrisons, Tesco & Waitrose)
Quick and easy to buy direct from goodhemp.com & no problems with the transaction so kudos to them.
Looks like this is going to be the way to go in the future, unless I become converted to 'Oat' milk ;)
Then, like their slogan 'Nothing changes if nobody changes' is getting obliterated with the inability to source the product locally as has been the case for the past couple of years. Can't believe that no one buys it, as it used to nearly always get bought as soon as it went on sale, it feels that the powers that be are removing the choice by working in concert with each other in deliberately removing this hemp milk from their shelves and no longer offering it for sale...

The double packing box in box method and using the right size box and fit is superb.
I have been using Good Hemp from the start of its commercial availability more than 20 years ago and even though the milk has changed I still enjoy it. I have in the past many years ago purchased many times at the Yoga show at Olympia.
One of the main problems is availability from supermarkets (Waitrose Ocado etc) JIT system not being pro-active enough. Restocking time scale related issues relating to being out of stock for long periods of time.
I do purchase mainly from Waitrose and Ocado as these sources when purchasing large quantities is easier to receive the deliveries being local rather than by distance from Devon.
I would purchased more direct but have had issues in the past (2019) with severe damage and receiving no refunds combined with poor customer service inter-action.
Due to no easy refund system or on line interactive feedback on the website any damaged items cannot be reported easily. So this is my reluctance to order large amounts directly on line.
Also hemp from unreliable sources (China) is an issue and changing the products contents etc often and not keeping the original foundation products the business was established upon.
I give this feed back in good faith with good wishes and intent for the highest good so it is that the business continues successfully and the continued availability of Good Hemp products is established.
The Natural and Organic trade show (East London) in my view would expand supplier network but not on line issues or JIT system time scales.

Love the hemp seed milk and hemp protein, I have them in a smoothie which tastes lovely, good price and fast delivery, highly recommend and a very happy customer

Such an excellent service. The staff are so very friendly and helpful. I could not have sorted out my order without their much need help and my order was delivered so quickly. I cannot rate them highly enough.

I have always bought hemp milk since I had to go dairy free, I had been buying from my local Tesco.or Sainsbury, unfortunately they have now stopped selling it for some reason, after searching and finding it nowhere I therefore had to order direct, the service was great delivered within a few days however dissapointed that I now have to pay delivery which obviously makes it more expensive

Brilliant service. Only thing I could say, is that the stock is mostly out of stock, especially the hemp milk.
But when it is in, it is a treat to have.
