Well Done! Clear, quick and understandable
Dave and his team at GoodLife provided an excellent experience in our reverse mortgage process. His guidance helped facilitate the process in terms of completing the necessary protocols in a timely fashion.
The follow up and follow thru from GoodLife was quick and easy to understand. The documents were explained to us in a plain english fashion.
Initially my wife was a bit nervous about the process and by the time the Mortgage was closed she was extremely comfortable and enthusiastic.
Neither my wife or I have any complaints with Daves team in guiding us thru an initially mysterious procedure.

My experience with Good Life
My experience with Good Life was exceptional. I worked with Dominic for most of the procedure. He was great at keeping me on track and helping to understand everything. I would probably still be in the midst of it all and not completely done if it wasn't for Dominic. He really is an amazing person. He seems so easy going and able to handle any personality but he is actually very goal oriented so anyone working with him will get the best there is to offer.
I also had Dawn as my loan processor. She also was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and helped out immensely. Very good experience!

Janette Heyl is good at her job!
Janette Heyl is the main reason I gave GoodLife Home Loans a rating of five stars. She seemed to understand, almost instinctively, that I was a strong-willed person who would resist strongly if I were pushed. So...she didn't push! She listened and responded to what I said. When I indicated I needed to "think about it", she didn't tell me "..time is short" or other such warnings. In short, she was responsive to me. Even though we had never met in person, sometimes I felt as though we had!
Janette definitely deserves 5 big stars!
