The Office code was delivered fast but…

The Office code was delivered fast but didn't work. I emailed them and had no answer for almost three weeks now. I guess they found out about their mistake since now it's written "NOT FOR MAC" on the product description page. Information that wasn't present when I bought the code. That's clearly not fair, I still hope you'll get back to me with a valid code and make up for YOUR mistake.
