I had a really positive experience with The Good Pharmacist.

I recently had an issue with a delivery that was completely outside of their control, and I was quite stressed as it involved important medication. From the moment I contacted them, they were incredibly understanding, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

They kept me updated, acted quickly to resolve the situation, and made sure I received my medication as soon as possible. It’s rare to find a service that is not only efficient but also shows real care and empathy for their patients.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone a really professional and supportive team.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!

**Update: TGP are denying any responsibility whatsoever by stating their T&C's were agreed to at the time of ordering - this was done OVER THE PHONE & at no point was it stated during that phonecall that DHL are COLLECTING the medication & that would mean getting out of the usual protocol of being responsible for safe delivery!

As a way of "helping" they've asked me to get another prescription so they can resend the mediation AT FURTHER COST.
Why on earth they think more money would be spent with them is beyond me! Never will we use this pharmacy again, this is the first and last time they've taken money as they clearly don't want to be responsible for their customers health and instead give them agro to deal with instead. SO BEWARE**

Ordered much needed medication over a week ago and it never arrived on the stated day.

The Good Pharmacist couldn't even be bothered to chase the delivery to see where it was let alone bother to rectify it by sending the medication out next day delivery.

Given that they chose the courier & the transaction was with the Good Pharmacist - NOT DHL why they decide their customer has to chase it up is beyond me!

It's now in IRELAND!?! Brilliant.

Now away for a week and won't have the correct medication before leaving, then away again with work...

Who knows when this will actually arrive!

DO NOT order medication from them if you need it quickly..

Excellent, efficient and really friendly service.

The Pharmacy staff are very professional and kind. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They generally have the medications I need stocked but seem to be able to restock very quickly if they don't. They provide a good cost effective delivery service. I highly recommend this pharmacy if you need specialist medications with minimum fuss and hassle. My doctor sends my scripts directly to them and their turn around times are very quick.
