Quality wasn't there, steaks weren't properly trimmed and full of grizzly. Not what I expected for the price I was paying.

Love good ranchers! Love that! I don't have to think about buying meat and that it just shows up at my house exactly when I need it to. The chicken breasts are small but it's because you know they are not pumped full of hormones. You can taste the quality in the meat.

Couldn’t be happier!!
Super happy with the quality of the meat and packaging. Some portions are separated so I don’t need to use it all at once. I never liked that grocery stores put thawed meat in the cases so that we can’t refreeze it, and I love supporting our ranchers. We need them!!!

Great quality meat from trusted sources. Can tell they shoot for high standards and good customer service. Been a consumer for a couple years now. On occasion the package may have rips or tears resulting in leakage when defrosting. Minor issue that is easy to overcome. Thanx for all you do, keep pushing!

While the food was good the customer service was not I emailed and called multiple times because I couldn’t get onto the website. I could not get into my account to change my settings or to do anything and was promised it was going to be taken care of and it never was. I’ve also requested that there is no more contact with me and yet I’ve received this. Stop contacting me or I’m going to take action.
